Your praises make our days! All of us at
AirAsia thank you.
| I shared my experience with everyone … AirAsia, you are incredible! |
First of all, i would like to take this opportunity to thank you for incredible and memorable service.
To honestly tell you, before, I was one of those who would not travel on AirAsia. I would normally travel by the other carriers. I have to admit that now, everything has changed. I was so wrong. Do let me share with you on my experience with AirAsia.
I went over to KL last week on another carrier. I paid quite a lot and sadly, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at all with their service. So, I decided to try AirAsia for my trip back from KLIA to BKI via AK108 on 28 June 2004. It was my first AirAsia experience and it was a really memorable one! My journey with you started while I was making my booking and enquiry while in KL. Your call centre in KL greeted me with respect, fairness and they were all just so welcoming. I was really surprised and touched that you would assist and explain to me the details all the way. Joseph was really helpful. As I was checking-in at KLIA, the counter staff was relaxed and they are ok too. Just before boarding, one of your cabin crew by the name of IVY came to greet us at the gate before showing us to the aircraft. She was just so professional, welcoming, helpful and we could really feel the AirAsia warmth. As I boarded the aircraft, I was greeted by the other leading stewardess by the name of SITI. She was also friendly and was always in command during the whole journey. She's a good leader. I was so impressed.
When I got back to BKI, I immediately got online and made my next booking with AirAsia for my coming KL trip. I shared my experience with everyone I know and one of my friends also decided to book the same flight with me on my coming trip. While booking, we were informed that AirAsia was upgrading the online system. Due to this, there may be a bit of delay paying online. We decided to call the next day to confirm. In the afternoon, I received a call from the friend who will be travelling with me. To my surprise, she excitedly told me how impressed, touched and welcomed she felt by AirAsia. She called the centre to confirm our booking and the assistance she received from a Ms Rajini at the call centre was so incredible. My friend explained how helpful and caring Ms Rajini was during her enquiry and conversation with her. We needed assistance on our payment and Ms Rajini exceeded all our expectations; she went beyond.
YES, you can now add us to your regular customer list, AirAsia. We are impressed. You are incredible. Thank you so much for making us a believer. Thank you for caring and having genuine staff like Rajini, Joseph, Ivy and Siti. I did not have time to fill the comment form at the airport and I do hope that this may serve as one.
Sincerely yours,

TO ALL AIRASIA STAFF AT KOTA KINABALU AIRPORT
I would like to send my compliments to ALL your staff at the airport - from the check-in counter, to those handling telephone enquiries, at the customer service office and also the departure area. They handled the situation at the airport the last 2 days extremely well - managing a barrage of questions, enquiries from passengers etc.
Please do convey this message to all of them! I do not know their names but they were very professional and kept their smiles on! Well done, AIRASIA STAFF!
My company & I are regular users of your airline; please keep up the good work!
Best Regards

| You made AirAsia proud! |
I’d like to send a complimentary message on good and excellent service by your staff by the name of Suman Raja s/o Gunasillan; he was very patient and courteous when answering all my enquiries. I am very impressed with his kind service standards. I recommend that he be given a commendation letter - keep it up Raja! You made AirAsia proud!

| Your excellent customer service has made me a faithful and loyal customer of AirAsia! |
I wish to compliment your Call Centre staff, Mr Ramesh, for his kind patience and assistance.
I booked a flight from Senai International Airport to KLIA for travel on 21 July, departure 8.40 am.
I was curious about the total travelling time from my home to the airport; had to make it on time for check-in. So I made a call and Mr Ramesh picked up.
My call confirmed that I may not make it on time.
Mr Ramesh was kind enough to offer me several alternatives which prompted me to finally decide to change my flight to the afternoon. He helped me change my flight details with no hassle.
It is staff like him that make an organisation prosper at great heights!
Your excellent customer service has made me a faithful and loyal customer of AirAsia!
Way to go!

| ... differentiates your service from other budget airlines ... |
I would like to commend the customer service extended by Christine and Mira, AirAsia’s ground staff at Senai International Airport from 24 - 25 June 2004.
They helped me recover my misdirected luggage and even sent a colleague to personally return it to me in Singapore. All 3 staff were very helpful, positive in their attitude, and professional. Kudos to your trainers and Management for imparting the “personal touch.”
It will help to differentiate your service from other budget airlines.
Thank you!

| ... legally a blind man ... very polite young lady |
Heartiest congratulations to AirAsia for the cheap and comfortable flights. I am a Malaysian retiree and legally a blind man. I travelled with AirAsia from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok in March. When I checked in at KLIA your staff were very professional.
As an invalid, I do seek assistance from the check-in counter staff to escort me to the aircraft due to my very very poor eyesight. A very polite young lady guided me. Keep up the good work, AirAsia!

| … better than non-budget airlines … not once but twice |
I have taken return flights from Johor Bahru to Penang twice since it started. My girlfriend who lives in Penang has taken it 3 times and found the experience with AirAsia to be very pleasant. I, for one, sometimes find the service to be better than non-budget airlines, for example, only on AirAsia flights did I have someone switch on my reading lights for me when the cabin lights were dimmed for takeoff - not once, but twice!
I wish AirAsia all the best. It is good to see new service initiatives. With the free access to the newly opened City Lounge – Central Bus Terminal, Kotaraya, I am sure AirAsia will do even better!

| He was kind enough … thank you AirAsia |
Dear Madam/Sir …
My name is Sita de Zoysa and I was a passenger on the flight from Bangkok to Johor Bahru on 11 April 2004. When I was at Bangkok International Airport waiting for my flight back to Johor Bahru, I forgot and left my handphone in one of the restaurants. When I realised that I had lost my phone, I was already on the plane.
I called my number and the passenger who picked up the phone was so kind as to pass the handphone to the AirAsia counter in Bangkok. I contacted Don (I'm sorry but I can't remember his last name - AirAsia employee from Thailand) at Bangkok International Airport and he was kind enough to pick up the phone at the counter and sent it to Singapore by flight the following day.
I would like to say thank you AirAsia and special thanks to Don and the passenger for returning me the handphone!
Best regards,
Sita de Zoysa |
| "You have proven them wrong" |
People say that local destinations are not making money. You have proven them wrong. I travelled 6 trips in the last 2 weeks on AirAsia from Johor Bahru – Penang, Penang – Kuala Lumpur, and will be flying in the next 2 weeks again. I was very impressed with the punctuality and good service of the crew. Keep it up!

| "...something all the other major airlines can pick up too!" |
“Well done, AirAsia Team, for the excellent job thus far. I have flown AirAsia to Langkawi, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching, Jakarta, Bandung, Bangkok and Kota Kinabalu many times and I have to say, I've never had any major problems during check-in or on flight. The crew is an excellent lot, I have to say.
You get the feeling you are travelling with friends who are also serving you - something all the other major airlines can pick up too! I have travelled on over 15 major airlines and I have to say I rate AirAsia’s crew Number 1 followed by Malaysia Airlines! I am a very big person, but the lesser leg room has never been a problem.
I think the critics out there should realise for any flights less than 4 hours, leg room doesn't make much difference. With the emergence of Valuair, Tiger Air etc, I hope AirAsia will not lose out. You have to always stay focused and be in front. Remember, you carry the National flag on your planes - keep up the good work. Malaysia Boleh!”

| ... couldn’t believe the price ... so VERY ON TIME! |
We went on a vacation to Singapore. We checked your website and saw your new Singapore - Bangkok flights. We booked our flights and paid just about less than US$ 100.00. It was so cheap! We couldn't believe the price! We obviously grabbed the opportunity and had a wonderful time shopping in Bangkok, thanks to you!
We had an enjoyable time flying with AirAsia. The staff was very helpful especially since we had a baby with us. The flight was comfortable throughout. It was so VERY ON TIME.
I hope that you'll have regular schedules to the PHILIPPINES. Filipinos love to travel. If they hear of your cheap airlines and cheap rates, they'd obviously grab it in a wink. I know that you have Kuala Lumpur - Subic flights but it's not on a regular basis. You've opened to Singapore and Indonesia already, do so in our country! I'd like you to know that I love to travel cheap.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,

Dear AirAsia
Thank you for an excellent flight to Singapore via Songkran. The
whole journey was very smooth and quick - from check-in to take-off
and I was very impressed. Your staff are very friendly and keep
you no longer than is necessary; other airlines have a lot to learn
from this.
I would especially like to thank one of your beautiful air hostesses
on my flight back from Singapore to Bangkok yesterday evening -
FD703 at 11.59pm. Her name is K Busabong P. Could you please pass
on this message to her as she made my journey unforgettable. She
is truly amazing and now has a completely fascinated admirer. I'll
never forget her.

| Word of Appreciation |
|
I would like to convey my appreciation to your staff, Rina (AASB/0699),
at the Miri office. I observe her as a staff who can go the extra
mile to extend good service. There were two instances when she attended
to me:
The first was in February 2004. I went to the Miri AirAsia office
to check the status of my booking, but the computer system was down.
The staff who attended to me said, The computer system is
down. You can come and try later." But Rina who was next to
the staff was quick to ask for my mobile number and told me she
would call and let me know about the booking once the computer system
was alright. To my surprise, she did call and kept me informed.
I was quite glad. It saved a lot of time from my busy schedule.
The second instance was on 14 April 2004. I went to your AirAsia
office in Miri because of a problem with the credit card bill. There
was a double charge for one of my flights. She swiftly attended
to it. What impressed me was, rather than just tell me verbally
she wrote down the course of action in the booking form and informed
me I should get the refund within 2 to 3 weeks. She duly signed
at the bottom of it. As a customer, I was glad to be assured of
the action taken to solve the problem.
Problems do happen, but how a Front Desk person handles it with
customers matters most. In this case, I'm very pleased with the
way this staff, Rina, handled it.
Thank you for conveying my appreciation to her.

| If anyone is looking for low airfares
and good in-flight services, AirAsia is the one! |
|
Dear AirAsia
I was on your inaugural flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok on
the 9 February, 2004. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mr Tony
Fernandes greeting and mingling with the guests on flight AK882.
I believe all the guests enjoyed the flight as AirAsia gave out
souveniers to some lucky guests.
When the plane touched-down upon arrival in Bangkok, most guests
clapped their hands. I believe it was in appreciation for the smooth
and safe landing as well the good in-flight services rendered onboard.
Here are the details of your inaugural flight to Bangkok from KL:
Flight No.: AK882
Date of Departure: 9 Feb 2004
No of guests: 107 satisfied guests
Plane took-off at: 1353 hours
Pilot: Captain Adnan Mohd
Flight Attendants: Sariyah, Norazilah, and Azreena.
Furthermore, I was also on your inaugural flight from Bangkok to
Khon Kaen on 12 February, 2004. Upon arrival in Khon Kaen, guests
were greeted with Thai traditional dancers and musicians. There
were reporters, photographers, cameramen, and local TV stations
to witness the inaugural flight by AirAsia to Khon Kaen. The reception
in Khon Kaen made tourists in the northeast of Thailand feel very
welcome indeed.
Here are the flight details of the inaugural flight from Khon Kaen
to Bangkok:
Flight No.: FD130
Date of Departure: 12 Feb 2004
No. of guests: 93 equally satisfied guests
Plane took-off at: 1306 hours
Pilot: Captain Narin
Flight Attendants: Rizal, Piyarat, Worapon, and Chaichana.
Roundtrip airfares between KL and Bangkok, as well as between Bangkok
and Khon Kaen was approximately RM320 only which is unbelievable!
If anybody is looking for low airfares and good in-flight services,
AirAsia is the one! I am delighted to be part of your history and
to be on the inaugural flights to Bangkok and Khon Kaen. Hope that
AirAsia will fly to more overseas destinations besides Thailand;
I am looking forward to my next trip on AirAsia.
Keep up the brilliant work and thank you for the memories!
Kind Regards,
A satisfied AirAsia flyer

| Malaysia now has a good low fare
air carrier - AirAsia |
|
Hi Mr Tony and his staff,
My family and I would like to say a BIG THANKS. We had a great
time holidaying in Sabah because of AirAsia. It made the whole family
happy and we enjoyed our stay in Kota Kinabalu. Malaysia now has
a good low budget air carrier like AirAsia which says ... NOW EVERYONE
CAN FLY ... it's really true. Malaysia has a lot of wonderful places
- Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, to name a few, and also a place where
we, the whole family, found a wonderful seafood heaven - at Kota
Kinabalu city! We are sure to come again for more. Thanks again,
AirAsia, for making our trip an added-value-for-money one. May AirAsia
one day become Asias No 1 low budget air carrier that makes
holidays affordable for everyone. Long live AirAsia!

| My friend managed to save at least
RM1,000 |
|
To all Malaysians & everyone in AirAsia,
Recently there have been debates regarding AirAsia's low fare advertisements.
I would like to share my opinion here.
My sister is currently studying at a university in Kuala Terengganu.
Until recently for her, the only means of affordable transportation
between KL and KT is via express bus. Since last year she has been
able to commute between KL and KT by flying with AirAsia. Though
the airfare is not always below the express bus fare between KL
and KT, she still prefers to fly as it is much safer and faster.
Sometimes when AirAsia's airfare is 3 times the amount of the coach
fare for the same destination, my parents still insist she must
fly due to the recent many fatal accidents involving express buses.
Imagine, without AirAsia, more people cannot afford to fly. RM400
for a round trip air ticket between KL and KT for one person if
flying with XXX airlines - there is no way my parents can afford
this luxury! Now my sister can always fly back home, thanks to AirAsia.
I am not saying that XXX airlines charges too high a fare. If one
fails to book a low fare seat from AirAsia, please do not blame
AirAsia for not pricing all seats so cheaply at all times.
I have a friend who lives in Johor Baru. Recently, he took his
family to Langkawi for a vacation, flying with AirAsia. He told
me that if AirAsia did not exist, he would have driven to Kedah
then take a ferry to Langkawi and would not fly to Langkawi with
XXX airlines; flying with XXX airlines would have easily cost him
RM2,000 on airfare alone for all his family members.
With AirAsia, his family flew to Langkawi - cost him less than
RM1,000 (round trip with taxes). My friend managed to save at least
RM1,000; he used the money for accommodation and other expenses
in Langkawi.
It is ridiculous to say that AirAsia's advertisements are misleading.
All advertisements in the world use wordings like prices from,
limited units only, while stocks last and
terms & conditions apply. Everyday in our newspapers,
property developers will put up advertisements of their latest projects
stating the price of each unit from RMxxx, xxx - is this
misleading too? If one sees this price will he/she assume all units,
regardless intermediate or corner units, studio unit or duplex penthouse,
will only cost the minimum price? I am sure most Malaysians are
educated. Why complain about this and make yourself a stupid fool?
Similarly, nearly all resorts like Genting Highlands will charge
a much higher room rate during peak seasons like school and/or public
holidays. I wonder why no one complains about this but complained
that AirAsia's airfare is not what is advertised. When there is
a high demand it is normal for a business to charge a premium. Why
don't you people out there complain that most resorts in Malaysia
charge higher room rates during super peak seasons while their advertisements
on their website show a low season price with an asterisk mark stating
surcharge may apply during peak seasons?
Recently I saw AirAsia's advertisement on its website showing KT-KL
is only from RM9.99 (limited seats and advanced booking is required
clearly stated there). I managed to book 1 seat for my sister to
come back for Chinese New Year. I have also booked 2 seats to Penang
for only RM1.99 each. Why complain when you fail to book at this
price? Don't blame others if you are slow. How can you expect to
get a RM1.99 airfare from KL to Penang when you book only 1 day
in advance or travel during holiday times?
Thanks a million to AirAsia; now everyone can fly! AirAsia, keep
up the good work.
Regards
HN Lim

| AirAsia is a Success! |
|
Cheers to AirAsia for a job superbly done! Your irresistible flights,
routes and competitive pricing have made travelling a lot less costly
to many people.
I was posted overseas and lived in Thailand for six years. As such,
I have many close friends and also a foster family whom I keep in
touch with regularly. I used to fly to Bangkok every 2 months via
ABC or XYZ airlines; ALL THE TIME, I paid not less than RM800 for
return tickets for the KLIA-BKK-KLIA route; this price applies even
during the promotional/low season period.
I am extremly happy because I managed to book a return ticket for
two persons for the lowest price of RM99.99 each way for travel
at the end of February 2004. I will be able to attend the wedding
of a very, very close friend because of AirAsia's efforts. The two
of us added, we are paying much less than what we paid for ONE person
for many of our previous trips to Bangkok. Thank you, AirAsia. Keep
up this superb effort.
Thailand has many beautiful seaside resorts. Please consider flying
KLIA to Krabi and also Koh Chang (Trat Province), bordering Cambodia.
Also, please open your bookings 6 months ahead for ease of travel
planning.
Mr Tony Fernandes, keep introducing more successful and innovative
destinations and packages to
your loyal customers. Keep spreading AirAsia's wings across the
continents. Let the world know!
Thank you,
Henry YH Lim

| Proud of AirAsia! |

Greetings from Sabah!
Wow ... and again, WOW! All I can say is Im surprised to
see the developments of AirAsia! Congratulations! You've made it
possible for us all to fly - and very frequently too! Its
been quite some time. In fact, from the time I worked for a travel
agency, I've wondered when we could have a no frills airline in
Malaysia; its too expensive to travel just within Malaysia,
but now, its so cheap and convenient! We can fly anytime,
any day, anywhere we want! Keep up the good work!
Hope there will be more and more routes to come. The Bangkok route
particularly surprised me! I'm so glad we are at last flying from
Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok!
One day soon, I hope to see AirAsia fly direct from BKI to HKG
since its a strong route. And how I wish AirAsia will soon
launch a London or Europe route like what several of your customers
suggested (I read your compliments section contributed by individuals).
Perhaps you could have a joint service with Ryanair, but of course,
to fly your own aircraft, which will be the best!
Thank you, Mr Tony Fernandes and all staff for the wonderful efforts
to make things happen for us all. Keep up the good work - encore!
All the best,
LL

| Your airline will motivate many
more travellers to visit your country |
|
Dear AirAsia Team,
First of all, I would like to thank you for offering very good
options to passengers. I am in Thailand. Since a long time ago,
I have wanted to visit Malaysia but never got there because it is
much cheaper to fly to Singapore as opposed to flying to KL. But
now AirAsia makes it very cheap (even cheaper than domestic flights
by other airlines in Thailand). So from now on, I will visit Malaysia
as often as I have time to, since Malaysia has various destinations
and AirAsia flies all over the country that includes both West and
East Malaysia.
In addition, I also thank you for the cheap domestic flights in
Thailand as well. The reservation system is also very easy and comfortable
to use with just the internet - no need to go out to pick up tickets.
Please keep operating these kinds of good options (I noticed that
flights from Thailand have been scheduled for only until around
end of March). Your airline will motivate many more travellers to
visit your country. Now I am looking forward to visit Malaysia via
Airasia for the first time - I already have seats to travel at the
beginning of March!

| In defence of lower airfares (Letter
to the Star daily) |
|
Dear (Star) Editor
Much has been reported about the recent comments by an honourable
Minister on AirAsia's 'misleading' advertisements on its low, low
airfares.
As a discerning Malaysian consumer and citizen, I readily accept
and acknowledge that AirAsia's airfares can not always be as low
as advertised eg KLIA - Penang from RM19.99. The fine print in its
advertisements tells us that its airfares start from as low as RM19.99.
It is also common knowledge that every air traveller will have to
pay insurance and airport tax, something that AirAsia fixes at RM16.00.
At least AirAsia mentions these extra costs in its printable itineraries
for its guests.
Simple and basic principles of economics dictate that demand and
supply quotients interact with one another where the higher the
demand, the shorter the supply stream; consumers are willing to
pay extra for what they hope to get. And this is what is happening
with AirAsia. Many people are trying to get on an AirAsia flight
so they can just feel the excitement of jetting into places they
have never been to before. It is that affordable now, even if guests
cannot manage to get that dream 1st tier low fares. But hey! Who
cares as long as everyone can fly?
Years ago, that was not possible. The slightest thought of intra-Malaysian
travel was nerve-wracking if not unthinkable to the average Malaysian
because of the cost factor. In my university years, I could only
afford one return trip from my university to Sarawak as it was economically
impossible for me to fly home more than once in a year. Now, with
AirAsia's 'misleading airfares' I can make two or even three return
trips between Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia per year!
I recently brought my family of four from Sarawak for a holiday
in Langkawi with AirAsia and it cost only a fraction of what I would
have to pay with another airline. With the money saved, we were
able to get more out of our holiday, which was the best we have
had - ever! Kudos to AirAsia for promoting affordable intra-Malaysian
travel and tourism!
Simply because the demand for affordable travel is so high among
the many Malaysians who could not afford to fly before, it has caused
this Malaysian company to become a target of criticisms. Everything
seems to be wrong. From its innovative and creative advertisements
to the colours of its flying 'billboards;' from its 'misleading'
airfares to its regional cooperation throughout ASEAN; from its
colourful 'let-me-pick-up-your-bag-madam' CEO to its 'you-can-choose-to-buy-or-not-to-buy'
inflight snacks. Then, what can be RIGHT? What then must be done
to appease everyone and anyone?
Well, the answer is with us. Either you fly it or you fly it. To
AirAsia, keep on doing your thing. You have opened more doors than
you could have possibly imagined. Thank you for making my dreams
come true!

improvement |
| Dear Tony,
I am writing to give you and AirAsia my support.
I travelled with AirAsia for the first time from KLIA to Alor Setar
on 24 December 2003 and back to KLIA on 29 December 2003. The pricing
and internet booking are fair and have saved costs for the benefit
of the consumers. In my opinion, there are no misleading terms in
your advertisements as opposed to what was claimed by certain counters,
including a Minister. Without the costs of food or drinks included
in the pricing, travellers are given a free choice which is perfectly
acceptable in the free market. Why should the costs of food and
drinks be included in the pricing if the consumers are given a choice
to buy or not to buy while on the plane?
Please keep up your good work so that more people can travel with
AirAsia.
Best regards and wishes, all staff of AirAsia, a very Happy New
Year!

I would like to thank AirAsia for allowing us to travel more frequently.
I used to travel by plane once a year, just to go back to Penang.
I must say the warm, friendly cabin crews give me confidence while
flying. The food tastes good as well and the interior is VERY CLEAN.
I also stress to all staff of AirAsia do not be bothered
by what people say ... they wont know if they have not tried

| Thanks for making a kid's dream come
true |
|
Dear AirAsia Team,
Recently I took my kid for a round trip to Penang. He has been
asking me to take him on a plane (he is only 3 1/2 years old). Looking
at XXX's rates, its not feasible for me to take him, just
so he can experience flying.
How wonderful it was for my kid after the first flight! In his
words, The red airplane is my favourite! Also, thanks
to all your crews; they are really courteous and helpful. The quiz
games on board the plane are very innovative - makes it a great
way to fly!
Thanks for having such affordable fares to make a kid's dream come
true! Now everyone can really fly!
I am taking him to Kuching next June '04! Do keep up the promotional
fares!
Best Regards,
SKY

| Best airline with good staff |
|
I travel a lot to KL and AirAsia's schedule for SBW-KUL 1005 is
convenient for me. Last week I flew AK341 from Sibu to KL for a
meeting. I was really impressed with one of the check-in staff,
Christina. I saw her handle her job from the check-in counter to
the boarding hall and even in the aircraft. A small girl like her
can run around and do all the jobs! I don't see other airline staff
doing this. She is friendly, polite and has a very good memory.
At the boarding hall she greeted me by name and led me to the front
queue with young passengers (children) as I am elderly and should
be treated with priority. She is doing a good job with other staff
at the boarding gate.
The next day, I returned to Sibu with via MAS. Again, I saw her
assist passengers ready for boarding at Gate 3. I passed through
Gate 3 on arrival and she greeted me with a smiling face although
I was not an AirAsia passenger. I didn't feel any jetlag that morning
after she gave me a sweet smile! AirAsia should have more staff
like her.
I am really happy and comfortable with the service. I wish AirAsia
all the best and keep up the good work!

Hello to the Staff and Cabin Crew of AirAsia!
A note to say how very pleased my family and I are with the staff
and cabin crew of AirAsia! They really know how to deal with passengers
and I am really satisfied. The warm and friendly crew members are
professional in their approach towards work especially during flights.
I am encouraged by my experience and extend a compliment to AirAsia!
To the pilots of AirAsia, I feel proud and great in every flight
- I love the way AirAsia lands
very smooth and safe, as if
I never landed! Frankly, unlike XXX pilots who are not as good!
In addition, XXX cabin crew is not friendly at all! Moreover, with
AirAsia, families need not go through much hassle - just book online
easy and simple!
Keep up the good work, guys! AirAsia is the best!
Thanks,

Hi Mr Fernandes!
A piece of good news
after sending the last email, I was
immediately contacted by an En Azuar Karim who asked me when was
a convenient time to deliver the replacement bag to my house. He
not only showed up on time as promised, but also with a smile on
his face in spite of the late hour (10.00 pm) and a long day behind
him. His attitude and demeanor are definitely assets to the company.
Thanks for letting everyone fly. I'm looking forward to logging
more air miles with AirAsia.

| Compliments on Cabin Crew |
|
I just want to compliment the AirAsia cabin crew for a job well
done during my flight from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur on October
7, 2003 on flight AK 331.
Special compliments to Cabin Crews Francisca Ng, Nor Lily and Mohd
Noor - they were simply caring, friendly and gentle to passengers
onboard, always serving with a smile. They did not mind taking time
to assist passengers with their luggage, personally explaining safety
equipment to passengers with children, even before the general safety
briefing. Each of them took a moment to thank the passengers with
smiles while guests left the aircraft.
I think AirAsia should be proud of having such wonderful Cabin
Crews and I thank you for making my flight experience such a comfortable
and most memorable one.
Keep it up!

Thank you for offering fair fares for all of us to travel by. With
the low fares offered by your company, I can now fly to KL whenever
I want. As opposed to the last time when flying to KL costs us RM500.00
plus, we can now get to KL at RM200.00.
I am really happy with your service. Keep up the good job and I
hope more promotions will be coming in.

I was flying from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur yesterday afternoon on
flight AK743. I am sure a lot of other Malaysian travellers like
myself will agree that you are one of the best CEOs who really "turun
padang" to serve together with the staff and at the same time,
observe if there are any problems or new suggestions for further
improvement. You are really great and I hope more bosses will follow
suit. If it helps you remember, I was the guy who said I am an AirAsia
member; I was seated next to the lady who spoke to you (she works
in RHB). Because of you, AirAsia will definitely expand further.

| Lasting impression |

I just couldn't believe my ears when I first heard about AirAsia
and the fares they offer. At first I thought it was ridiculous.
I just couldn't imagine the type of service I would be getting if
I were to use the new carrier. I was prejudiced.
One day while I was heading for the luggage collection area in
KLIA, a stewardess in red uniform came from the opposite direction
and greeted me with a smile. What a surprise I had when I saw her
tag indicate "AirAsia." I really didn't expect AirAsia
staff to be so kind. I thought price was directly related to quality.
Last week, when I went to Langkawi for a vacation, I decided to
give AirAsia a try - just to be fair. Boy, was I speechless. The
service that Ireceived compared to the amount that I paid, was more
than value for money. I observed the treatment the crew gave was
better than what I've seen before while travelling domestic. AirAsia
really cares for the elderly and children with much consideration.
I believe the hearts of all passengers were touched; AirAsia's cabin
crew were passionate and tolerant.
One thing's for sure, you will learn to appreciate AirAsia once
you have had them handle your travelling needs.
I certainly can fly with AirAsia."

| Souvenir and Website |
|
I really like how AirAsia utilises the red colour. The souveniers
on offer are attractive. In fact, I just bought myself a red cap
during my recent travel to Langkawi via AirAsia. Maybe AirAsia would
consider including other types of souveniers such as mouse pads,
toileteries, pens, neckties and tie-pins.
With reference to your website, I propose that AirAsia includes
more items to download, possibly a signed photo of each crew. Maybe
AirAsia could also organise an annual award for their crew based
on web votes from guests.
All in all, congrats on a job well done!"

To Air Asia,
I want to express a million, billion thanks to the Management of
AirAsia for the new flight from KL to JB. I've been waiting for
this promotion for about 2 years now and AirAsia has made my dream
come true.
For your information, I work in UKM (ATMA) as a Social Research
Officer and I have an account at AirAsia's website. Travelling from
KL to JB is really boring. Though I drive a Perdana V6, it takes
about 3 to 31/2 hours to reach JB. The last time I used MAS, the
price, as you know, is likened to slaughtering a customer's neck.
If I use your new promotion to JB, the cost is just the same as
travelling by car. At the same time, I can save time and will not
get tired or exhausted.
Now I can smile and just as I promised myself, I'll always use
AirAsia as my main flight and will tell friends and colleagues to
use AirAsia too. I love Air Asia!

| Note of Commendation - Cik Roshayati
Rokbi |
|
First of all, I would like to congratulate your company for having
a good vision and for being able to, in such a short time, turn
around the airline into a profitable one. It was hard to believe
but after seeing a high level of commitment shown by all your staff,
be it on ground or inflight to serve your customers to the best
of their abilities, I began to see why.
In my experience in dealing with all of them, I thought I should
single out one person who showed an exceptional commitment to serve
her customers to her very best. She is none other than your Cik
Roshayati Rokbi. Her charm, quickness to respond and willingness
to listen and interact, impressed me and everyone around her. Since
I fly AirAsia quite often, I have had the chance to be served by
her several times and have seen her consistency in performing her
duties well within her means.
I must say that I really admire your company and with the kind
of efforts each of your employees is demonstrating, I am sure this
company can go far.
Thank you.

We have just come back from a 3 week visit to Malaysia - a friend
of a friend recommended we use AirAsia for our internal flights
which we did and were, by and large, very satisfied with it.
We flew from KL to Kota Bharu for our first trip; our second was
from KL to Kuching and our last was KL to Penang.
All the planes were clean and well-maintained. The staff were easily
recognisable in their smart uniforms and were all very friendly,
courteous and helpful. It was nice to board the plane to some decent
pop music instead of the irritating piped "muzak" some
airlines use (e.g. XXX Air!).
Flying AirAsia made our travelling much easier and quicker and
came well within our strict budget. At no time did we feel we were
"roughing it" using this airline. All the flights were
booked via the Internet from the UK well before we arrived in Malaysia
and this made the whole trip very smooth and easy. The website is
easy to negotiate and is well designed.
We met up with a number of fellow European travellers during our
time in Malaysia and were able to recommend they use AirAsia for
internal flights. Several of them had used other airlines and had
paid considerably more than we had - they were very envious of us!
We are more than happy to recommend AirAsia to anyone travelling
within Malaysia and we wish it every success for the future. When
we return to Malaysia, as we most definitely will, we will use AirAsia
again. Please feel free to post our comments on your web site!
With thanks and very best wishes

| Feedback on trip to Langkawi |
| Hi Tony! We had a great trip to
Langkawi on AirAsia! Here's some feedback/observations from a customer's
perspective:
1. I love the fact that you guys practise pre-boarding for those
with families. It's something that XXX is supposed to do but seldom
does. With the kids in tow, that was a big plus for us.
2. Your agents at KLIA are polite, well-trained and interact well
with passengers. Certainly more personal than XXXs cabin crew.
It's evident they help direct passengers to empty seats as the cabin
fills.
3. When the cabin crew goes up the aisle with the clicker/counter,
it would be a lot easier to count empty seats - business is booming!
My only other experience with a no-frills carrier was with YYY
in the early 80s (USD25 NY to Boston) which was a total disaster.
This was the complete opposite, which may explain why AirAsia is
thriving and YYY is history!
Good experience on AirAsia!

Hi! It is amazing to see that after
a year this no frills airline has made many more headlines. I have
not flown any AirAsia flights but I will do so in the near future
just for the experience, especially since it is so affordable. The
idea of internet booking is excellent, and the bilingual websites
are added bonuses. Keep up the good job!"

Firstly, kudos to AirAsia for even starting the airline! Though
I do not consider myself a frequent flyer (yet), I feel I must tell
you what I think, having flown AirAsia and perhaps, if I may, humbly
put forward several suggestions.
Positive Notes:
1. Brilliant pop music - this is a real change from a local international
carrier's dreadful, slow ones
2. Uniform - stylish and young, the red is strong but effective
and can be spotted miles away
3. Food on board - I must say your sandwiches are fresh, crisp and
tasty.
NB : Crew should do more to deter passengers from bringing outside
food on board (e.g. to announce together with the prohibition of
using mobile phones on board). Reason - the smell is terrible!
4. Call service staff - very efficient and polite. Decision makers
on the spot.
5. Boarding - practise early boarding for families, the wheelchair-bound,
senior citizens etc
Lastly, you should consider adding this as one of your selling
points:
Fact - a local international carrier charges full fare for less
than 3 nights' stay (unless you are a senior citizen or child).
With AirAsia, you can choose to depart and return within 1 day at
a fraction of XXX's fare. This is one of the main reasons I fly
AirAsia - to be able to pop into Kuala Lumpur for the weekend!
Thank you for your kind attention.

I flew AirAsia some time in May 2002 from Penang to Subang. I only
sent in this compliment now because after flying with so many other
airlines, you are No 1 for custormer service and punctuality. No
other airline, be it high-cost or no-frills, can match AirAsia's
standards! Even the cleanliness of the interior of the plane and
the smell of AirAsia's WCs are much, much better than other airlines!
Now for a suggestion. People in the south of Malaysia are missing
out on your flights. Please press for routes to Johor Bahru (JB)!
This will encourage more domestic tourists from JB to travel and
boost the economy on the whole. In addition, I think Singapore is
also missing out. We all know that Changi is an expensive airport
to land in, but we also have Seletar airport. Maybe you can try
to fly a few routes out of Seletar? My wish is to fly AirAsia from
Seletar (Singapore) to Penang. The food (especially laksa) and culture
of Penang attract me, but the only economical way to travel up north
is by coach. Please give me a more sensible alternative and keep
up the good job and bright smiles!

| Message from a customer in Iowa,
USA |
|
I am a Malaysian living in the US and am coming back to KL for
a vacation. I just booked a flight from KL to Penang (via the net).
Your prices are CRAZIly cheap.
The only airline in the US that's making money is Southwest Airlines.
Why?
Because they also offer no frills and FUN flights. Just like you
guys.
Just to let you know, a full tank in my Mercedes costs the same
as 2 people flying from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. Heck! I'm flying
to Penang in the morning and coming back at night just for the fun
of it! (It was too cheap to spend a night in a hotel in Penang!)
I call it the AirAsia mentality. Here are several suggestions to
make it more FUN for people flying with you that works GREAT in
the US.Have the pilots or the cabin crew crack jokes over the intercom.
An example you can use:
This is your pilot speaking. We will be taking off from Kuala Lumpur
International Airport (KLIA) and reaching Penang in about 45 minutes.Because
of the rates we are offering, there is a passenger delivering an
important parcel to a friend in Penang through this flight. He figured
it is cheaper to take the flight than sending it through DHL.
And here is a promotion you can consider: (Southwest is doing this
and it's WORKING WONDERS!)
Collect 10 credits and earn a free one-way travel (maybe just in
Peninsular Malaysia). Each flight is worth 1 credit. You don't need
to set up a fancy system. Just create a card to give the passengers
and get them to stamp it everytime they fly.
Trust me. This is a seller. I want to see AirAsia succeed.

| A message to Tony |
|
Dear Tony Fernandez,
You have an extremely commendable company and thank you for doing
a wonderful job on revolutionising domestic air travel.
On Sunday - 18 May, my family and I returned to KL from Langkawi
on AK623. As we walked out of the plane at KLIA, we asked the steward
if he could retrieve our baby stroller from the cargo hold, to which
he reacted like Lindford Christie, getting off the blocks by literally
bolting out of the door, down the ladder to the tarmac, and within
2 minutes, back with our baby stroller! I don't know how he found
the right one as there must have been at least 5 other babies on
board! You may think this ordinary act to be of no importance, but
it is extremely significant in comparison to other airlines.
One last point - I don't mind the free seating but Malaysians obviously
act blur even when your staff announce "families to board first."
Suddenly, everyone stands up and rushes to the door! An idea - could
you possibly hand out different coloured ticket stubs to families?
For example, families can get red tickets whilst passengers without
kids get the blue tickets. Moreover, this is easy to do during check-in.
At the gate, your staff could announce, "All those with REDs
come to the door first and everyone else remain seated." This
way, your staff can send the cheating blues to the back of the queue!

| Air Asia's Top Airport Staff &
Cabin Crew |
|
I have been a regular AirAsia customer. I frequently fly the Penang
- Kuala Lumpur sector. Having met so many flight crew members (from
many airlines), top marks should go to Angelina (Flight Stewardess)
and Putra, the staff in KLIA. Both of them give meaning to the concept
of human touch in customer service. There is no robotic smile, and
their support is truly commendable. In one instance in KLIA, a number
of passengers were getting quite agitated due to flight delays.
Once Putra had finished with them, they were all smiling and happy.
Every time I board an AirAsia flight, there is always one stewardess
I long to meet because of her excellent in-flight warmth and service:
Angelina. Kudos to, in my eyes, Air Asias top airport staff
and cabin crew.

Last Saturday I took the early morning flight on AirAsia to Kuala

For the price I paid I was not expecting much from the airline.
But to my surprise, I found the experience delightful and I wish
to congratulate you and your team for the excellenct service from
ground staff right up to the cabin crew.
I was well received from the moment I approached the check-in counter
at 6.15am. It is usually not easy to find someone smiling at the
counter at that hour. The staff was fast, efficient, friendly and
polite.
While boarding we were greeted by warm, friendly cabin crew in
dashing red outfits. Mr Hew, I believe AirAsia acts as a benchmark
for excellent service and hope you and your team will continue to
provide service Malaysians can be proud of.

| Lost Baggage |
|
Im referring to the incident on March 27, 2003 when I flew
with AirAsia from KLIA to Alor Setar on Flight AK642. When I reached
the destination, to my surprise, the luggage was not on the same
flight.
I was referred to the AirAsia office at the airport and they informed
me my luggage was left at KLIA and that I could only get it by 3.30
pm. Naturally, I was furious and panicked as my next journey was
to Haadyai, Thailand and I had nothing else on me except whatever
I was wearing on that day.
To cut the story short, they asked me to go ahead with my plans
and offered to deliver my luggage to my hotel room in Haadyai. Initially,
I found that too good to be true, considering the distance and so
on, but I went ahead anyway. Halim and Ozlyati gave me a ride to
the bus station and made the bus arrangements as well.
At about 6.15 pm, I was very glad when two people in AirAsia uniforms
turned up at my hotel room door with my luggage. I had nothing else
to say except thank you, and honestly, I was impressed
and delighted. I never thought they would go that extra mile to
please a customer who bought a low fare ticket. They even had to
rush to Perlis for the border pass they did not possess.
I am indebted and grateful to these extraordinary personnel
Ozlyati Othman, Ernizam, Mohd Izuan Sulaiman, and Halim - of whom
without their efforts, would have caused my holiday to be a real
disaster.
I strongly believe AirAsia should reward these real company
assets to boost their morale and to be an encouragement and
good example to other employees.
Once again, thank you and I assure you my future domestic travels
will only be with AirAsia.

Compliments to the AirAsia Team for delivering excellent air transport
services. I am a frequent traveller with various airlines to domestic
and international destinations, and having flown AirAsia on three
sectors in the last one month - KUL/LBU, KK/KUL, KUL/LBU - I would
like to share my experiences with other travellers.
1. AirAsia is always on time. Keep up this positive habit as we,
customers, perceive that AirAsia is a highly disciplined team. Therefore,
we have more confidence in your business.
2. The free seating arrangements are conducive to travellers.
3. Cafe on the Clouds tags fair prices for foods that are served
on the plane. On average, a passenger may spend a reasonable RM
10.00 per meal.
4. AirAsia cabin crews serve with big smiles - just the way Malaysians
do
5. Ticket prices are extremely attractive. If you plan your trip
in advance, you may pay 75% less than competitor airlines. (This
is equivalent to two AirAsia return trips as opposed to a single
journey with a competitor.)
So why will customers not use AirAsia? Keep up the good work and
one day we will enjoy AirAsia's extended services to international
destinations with excellent commercial value.

Although I am a frequent air traveller, my wife and I took out
the Sutera Harbour Air Asia package recently but unfortunately on
our return flight 709 on 19 March 2003, our luggage was left misplaced
and being the first time ever having this unpleasant experience,
your customer service personnel, Mark Andrew took pains to assure
us that he will help trace our luggage and he in fact rang us in
the same evening to inform us that our luggage came in on the later
flight, which was good assurance otherwise we
would be still upset as a lot of our personal belongings were in
the luggage. He even made arrangement to meet us the next day to
hand over the luggage personally so that any longer delays would
not happen. Although the initial experience was unpleasant, the
prompt personal service
did make up much for it. I feel obliged to let you know of the service

Imagine my distress when I discovered my baggage was missing and

destination I was heading for.
However the outstanding service of your ground staff especially
Farah, Mark and Faeezah (I hope I got the spelling of your names
right) made what would have been a disaster a rather pleasant surprise.
It also makes a misnomer when the term ' no frills airline' is applied
to you for certainly the quality of service by your ground staff
is anything but no frills.

Just a note to say excellent customer service to your check-in
guy Shan this evening (2 March). He was checking my wife in for

system had somehow got her booked for the afternoon 3.15 flight,
which of course she was now recorded as a no-show. He was excellent
and said he'd do his best to sort it out, and he did. He got my
wife onto the 9.35pm flight at no extra cost.
Most impressive service from a very pleasant guy who handled the
whole incident very professionally and deserves a pat on the back

Taxi transfer from Kota Bharu to Kuala Besut: RM 49.00 one way
Boat transfer from Kuala Besut to Pulau Perhentian: RM 30.00 one

and
Air ticket from KLIA to Koto Bharu: RM 19.99 one way! Unbelievable!
Love the booking thru internet. It is so easy and hassle free.

I decided to give it a try by flying into Kuala Lumpur from Labuan
and back.
Fully understanding that it is a no frills airline,
I was expecting a service where the flight would be inordinately
delayed (as narrated by a taxi driver who ferried me to the airport
in Labuan!), the aircraft to be unduly cramped, service on board
atrocious and cost of meals sold to be exorbitant.
To my surprise, I discovered that from the moment the on-line
booking was made to the point of my safe return to Labuan, it has
been an exceptionally wonderful experience indeed!
On-line bookings not only offer details of flight available
on that particular day but provided options for two (2) other subsequent
days where the fares may be lower than on the day one initially
planned to travel.
Air Asias staff at the check-in counters were indeed courteous
and diligent. The three (3) stewards/stewardesses on board performed
well with a sense of true professionalism.
Meals offered for sale on board were reasonably priced. The absence
of first/business-class section helped make the aircraft appear
more spacious.
And, the best thing was there were no inordinate delays
in my case the plane took off on time at both ends. As such,
based on this experience I must congratulate all those far-sighted
entrepreneurs for making this airline available as an alternative
for domestic travel.
Indeed, if there were any adverse comment to be made then it must
be towards the attitude of the staff of OTHER entities with which
Air Asias personnel have to regularly liaise with towards
ensuring smooth passengers embarkation/disembarkation and
baggage collection.
For whatever reason, the impression generated is that they are
rather uncooperative towards this budding airline that provides
yeomen services to those who may never had a chance to fly if not
for the admirable efforts of these risk-taking entrepreneurs!
Well done, Air Asia, and lets have more such alternatives in other
industries too.

I am a frequent domestic air traveller and I had the pleasure of
travelling on one of your flight from Labuan to KLIA on the 5th
of March 2003. Due to some unforseen circumstances, I arrived just
in time for the flight but my luggage had to be left behind and
forwarded to me the following day.
Although I was a bit worried, nevertheless Ms Lina from your Labuan
office was so reassuring to the point of giving her own personal
handphone contact number. Other than the very pleasant smiles from
the flight steward and stewardess, the flight was on time and pleasant.
The following day, Ms lina
contacted me to collect my luggage from KLIA. Here, I would also
like to thank your extremely helpful and dedicated staff at KLIA
which I only manage to obtain the name of the ground staff by the
name of Mr. Putra with which I manage to collect my valuables.
By encountering this experience, I have come to the conclusion
that the people working in your airline have a very clear and dedicated
mission of excellent service to the customer as well as projecting
the right helpful, friendly and sincere image which some people
have come to associate with high class and high price travelling.
I can only see one direction and that is success and more success
for your company by winning over the customer's heart.
Once again, thank you and I hope to travel more frequently on your
airline
as you add more destinations.

| I would like to compliment the
cabin crew staff of Air-Asia in general for their professionalism
and caring attitude on all Air Asia's flights I've been on.
While Air Asia portrays a no-frills flight programme, I'm glad
to note that the attitude of their employees exceed expectations.
I'd like to point out in particular, Flight Attendant Fadzli (hope
the spelling's correct) on FLIGHT NUMBER AK742 on 25 January 2003
from KLIA to Kuching.

| SYABAS AIR ASIA DAN Y.BHG.DATUK
HAJI PAHAMIN |
Chairman,
AIRASIA
YBHG. DATO' HAJI PAHAMIN REJAB
Assalamualaikum YBhg. Dato' Haji Pahamin,
Ever since AirAsia came into one of the national Carrier in Malaysia,
it has proves that there were a bit of challenged to the other National
Carrier. AirAsia during the time handled by DRB HICOM plays major
role in the Airlines Industries with small number of aircrafts could
supplements a wide scope in number of flights.
Now AirAsia under the new management and of course under your very
good managements has doubled the number of flights in a very short
time, and of course I could see a very tremendous growth of passengers
within a very short period. Thanks you and to your very far sighted
progressives, planning and managements.
Now, YBhg. I could see many passengers are switching to AirAsia. This
is because when AirAsia and MAS has to transfer their operating Airport
to KLIA, a lot of frequent passengers cry as they have to pay more
for their taxis, time taken and their own convenient and their risks.
Thanks to AirAsia which introduced new Rate Shuttle Fares, and a Very
True Rates of Air Tickets to their loyal passengers. Your slogan NOW
EVERYONE CAN FLY is a sacred formulas for these very true and frequenting
passengers and others following.
YBhg. Dato' Haji Pahamin, I was the ex-AIROD SDN BHD O/V Haul Superintendent
who retires in 2000. I was in the aerospace industries since 1964.
At the earlier stage AirAsia aircrafts used to park in our AIROD tarmac
daily. I could see the time changes and it has progressed very much
when AirAsia changed the management and YOU took over as the Chairman.
You introduce the very true good fares to ALL that makes the OTHER
National carrier losing its morals and prestige's. AirAsia gave its
would be passengers that at ONE time could not afford to fly, NOW
every one can do so and FLY and it is very true and very affordable.
I was wandering why the other national carrier cannot do like you
do? Given time, AirAsia will be the First national Carrier ONE DAY,
Inshaallah.
YBhg. Dato' Haji Pahamin, allow me to say that AirAsia website is
so unique with its powerful colours images and very easy to make people
who went into the website to understand what they want. Every information
that is need is all there.
The aircraft paintwork, is so unique with Bold Red Colours with White
Background makes the AirAsia more contrast figured from far and its
stand Very TALL among the other National Carrier.
On the logo, AirAsia.Com- Anyone Can Fly/KINI SESIAPAPUN BOLEH TERBANG-Sentiasa
tambang rendah,sentiasa....can I add, SENTIASA MENAMBAT HATI PENUMPANG
SEPANJANG MASA,
itulah, AirAsia.
AirAsia.
Sekian, terima kasih dan Wassalam.

| A very happy customer with some
questions and suggestions |
|
I flew Air Asia just before Chinese New Year from Miri to KL return
and I was very impressed with everything to do with Air Asia - I
now recommend your company to all my friends here in Brunei. I am
a British citizen married to a Chinese Bruneian and am delighted
that Asia now has a low cost no frills company like Ryan Air and
Easy Jet in my home country UK.
I was speaking to your air hostess, who was very helpful, about
aspects of your business but he could not answer all of them so
he told me to email you and that you would answer my questions that
he could not. So here are my questions and a few suggestions:-
1. When is Air Asia going to start flying to China and Hong Kong?
Where will the flights be from KK or KL? Which Chinese cities will
you fly to?
2. Are you planning to fly to Vietnam? If so to which cities?
3. Are you going to have flights out of Brunei?
4. Do you plan to fly from Miri or Labuan to KK without going via
KL?
5. This is my biggest question come suggestion. I really want a
no frill flight to the UK is this going to happen? I am sure that
this would be very popular and would really open thing up as from
there you could connect with the other no frills airline to many
European destinations. Why dont Air Asia, Ryan Air and Easy Jet
work together! If you had a no frills low cost flight to the UK
I would be sure to book with you each time and there are so many
UK expats in Brunei (with Shell, British Army, Teachers etc) and
KL that I am sure you would have an excellent market.
I am delighted that you have opened up this chance to fly cheaply
within Malaysia - keep up the fantastic work.
A very happy customer who will fly Air Asia when ever possible.

I am a frequent flyer of your good service and wish to compliment
all of you for your success. During each flight I could see the
dedication of your staff. I believe your success is not just in
terms of managing an airline, making reasonable profit and charging
reasonable price. More than that, having you being around, more
people will travel and this in itself sparks business in terms of
land transport, lodging, food etc etc. Business people who are able
to travel more frequently would be able to cut more deals and thus,
contribute to the nation's development. I have no doubt that, the
nation's economic growth this year and the years to come would be
partly contributed by your service, enabling more people to travel
and business to grow.
Keep up the good work and always, keep the price down, as you have
always been doing and i am sure you will grow along with the growth
of the nation.
