| In agreeing to sell AirAsia seats, the Agent must agree to the following conditions. Air Asia reserves the right to terminate any Agent Account, if it is found that the Agent has violated or not followed the following rules: |
| 1) |
Travel Agents wanting to sell seats must comply with the Laws of the Malaysia. They must possess a valid Ticketing License from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Travel Agents who do not possess such a license are barred from selling AirAsia seats. |
| 2) |
All customers must receive a printed copy of the flight itinerary. The flight itinerary must be a full copy and show the AirAsia fare paid and the other charges clearly. |
| 3) |
Customer must understand AirAsia's Terms and Conditions and the rules that pertain to Flight change and name change. |

a. |
If the customer subsequently wants a change of flight, this customer can only do so more than 48 hours from flight, and with a payment of RM50.00 per passenger per sector. |
| |
b. |
This change can only be made by calling the AirAsia Nationwide Call Centre at 603 7651 2222 |
| |
c. |
Any flight change less than 48 hours from time of flight will not be entertained. |
| |
d. |
Name changes will be allowed with a RM50.00 change fee per passenger per sector within 48 hours. This can be done only by calling the AirAsia Call Centre. |
| 4) |
The customer must also receive a printed copy of the AirAsia's Terms and Conditions with the flight itinerary. |
| 5) |
Fares - all AirAsia fares will be open for sale within the SkyAgent system. But not all of them commissionable. The following is a list of fare classes and details on which classes are commissionable and which are not. |
| On non-commissionable fares classes, AirAsia will allow a service fee that is determined by you. But this fee must be disclosed to the customer and displayed openly. |
