What if I did not get my pre-booked comfort kit?
The pre-booked comfort kit will be shown on your boarding pass / Travel Itinerary. You will be given your comfort kit when you show your boarding pass to our crew when requested to do so. In the event you do not receive your comfort kit due to oversight on our part, we will refund to you the sum paid for the comfort kit.
