What is Priority Boarding?
Priority Boarding is available for guests who purchased Hot Seats, Emergency Exit Row Seats, and (on AirAsia X flights only) Premium Flat Bed and Quiet Zone seats.
Guests who have opted for Standard Seats will board after guests with Priority Boarding and elderly guests. Elderly Guests, who are above 65 years old will be given priority to board after our Priority Boarding guests.
