What happens to my AirAsia Travel Protection if I were to change flights?
AirAsia Travel Protection policies will expire automatically when you make any changes to your reservation. You need to buy a new policy. If you want to buy a new policy, you can do so during Web Check-in and through Manage My Booking. Or for off-line option, you can buy it at our Airport Sales Counter: Counter Sales Airport LCC Terminal and Counter Sales in Malaysia KL Sentral.
However, the Return of International Protection Plan can be amended as part of AirAsia X itinerary. Please inform your itinerary change to Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad to sending e-mail us here with AirAsia Itinerary number, your name, date / time and date of the original travel / travel period amended.
