Document What do I do if I need to report a missing or damaged bag after I have left the airport?

If you wish to file a claim or an action regarding damage to checked baggage, you must notify us as soon as you discover the damage, and at the latest within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the baggage.

If you wish to file a claim or an action regarding delay of checked baggage, you must notify us within twenty-one (21) days from the date the baggage has been placed at your disposal.

Alternatively, you can write in to us, and have your letter posted or delivered to us within the above period. Please address your letter to the Central Baggage Tracing Office, followed by the address of the airport which you flew from.
