Document Can I change my seat once I am on board?

No, you may not change seats onboard unless you have purchased a Hot Seat. You may change to another Hot Seat or to a standard seat, but you will need to approach our Crew on board first.

If you have not paid any seat fees and you are on an AirAsia X flights, if there are available Hot Seats or Premium Flat Beds you may be able to pay for them onboard. Please speak to any of our crew.
