Which airports in Tokyo does AirAsia operate from?
For AirAsia X D7 code flights, we operate from Tokyo Haneda airport - International Terminal (currently only Haneda to Kuala Lumpur). Check in counters for this flight are located on 3rd Floor Counter I (as at May 2012). Here is the link to Haneda Airport for more information on its services.
For AirAsia Japan JW code flights, launching from August 2012, we will be operating from Tokyo Narita airport. These flights are to Sapporo (Chitose), Fukuoka and Okinawa. Our AirAsia Japan check-in counters are located on the 1st Floor for Domestic flights and 3rd Floor for International flights in Terminal 2. You will need to transfer from Haneda airport to Narita for connecting domestic flights. There are shuttle buses every 15 minutes between Haneda and Narita Airports for 3,000 yen.
We also fly to Osaka’s Kansai International Airport.
