How do I get an upgrade to premium flat-beds on AirAsia X flights? (Option Town info included!)
We all love a good bargain but the best way to secure yourself one of our premium flat-beds is to purchase a premium ticket when you fly with AirAsia X.

If you want to try and get an upgrade after purchasing regular tickets, you can try and enter a 'lucky draw' for a premium flat-bed via Option Town. How it works once you have signed up with Option Town:
1. Enter your booking. Select flight for upgrade.
2. Pay a small sign-up price and a nominal Upgrade price (up to 75% less than business fare).
3. Upgrade decision will be emailed (4-72 hrs) before departure.
4. If not upgraded, upgrade price will be refunded automatically
