Document Philippines’ AirAsia offers all-in fare to celebrate new twin routes from Clark to Hong Kong and Clark to Macau

CLARK, PAMPANGA, 13 June 2012: Philippines’ AirAsia, the country’s newest low cost carrier, today announced it will soon fly from Clark International Airport to Hong Kong and to Macau. To commemorate the twin launch, AirAsia offers all-in promo fare from only P688 one way from Clark to Hong Kong and from only P588 one way from Clark to Macau starting 13 – 19 June 2012. Guests who will avail of this promo seats will be able to travel from 19 July to 31 January 2013.
 “Just four days after launching our first international flight to Kuala Lumpur, we are twice excited to announce today that Philippines’ AirAsia will start flying out of Clark to Hong Kong and Macau on July 19. Business travelers and Overseas Filipino Workers will welcome these new routes while it provides tourists and shoppers exciting choices,” AirAsia Inc. CEO Maan Hontiveros said.
The Filipino domestic carrier launched its first international flight to Malaysia in June 9 with afternoon flights departing daily from Clark to Kuala Lumpur’s LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal).  
“These twin launches provide yet another opportunity for Filipinos to have access to Hong Kong and Macau’s attractions but more important for our OFW families here in Central and Northern Luzon where more than 30 percent of OFWs came from to reconnect and bring their families closer more than ever through our low cost, high value travel fares,” Hontiveros added.
The country’s newest low cost carrier will operate the new routes with brand new Airbus A320 operated by well-trained and experienced flight and cabin crew with the following schedule daily:

9:45 a.m.
11:40 a.m.
6:45 p.m.
 8:55  p.m.
9:30 p.m.
11:25 p.m.

AirAsia’s all-in fare includes base fare, processing fee and government mandated fees such as aviation security fee and VAT. It is available online at www.airasia.com and also available via mobile at mobile.airasia.com as well as via AirAsia apps for Blackberry, iPhone and Android phones. The apps are available for download at Blackberry App World, iTunes App Store and Android Marketplace by searching for the keyword AirAsia.
Philippines’ AirAsia call center also accepts booking of regular fares via +632 588 9999 from Monday to Sunday at 0800hrs to 2100hrs (GMT +8).
Guests from Metro Manila may also purchase seats through AirAsia Travel Service Centers (ATSC) located in SM North Edsa in Quezon City and in Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
