Cancellation of Clark-Macau (MFM) and Clark-Puerto Princesa (PPS) Route - Effective 1 December 2012
AirAsia has always taken great consideration in deciding any changes of flights to destinations that we serve. Unfortunately, the current economic situation brought about by high cost of fuel and other operational challenges have placed cost pressures on our Clark to Macau route.
Consequently, we need to rationalize and consolidate all our routes so we can continue to provide low fares to all our guests which AirAsia is known for.
We regret to inform you that effective 22 October, 2012, all guests who are travelling to/from Macau/Puerto Princesa on or after 01 December, 2012 will be offered the following options:
• One-time free move of flight to another date before 01 December, 2012
• Cancel guest’s flight and convert the fare into a 90-day Online Credit Shell
• Cancel guest’s flight and refund fare
We are ready to assist you via our Philippines call center +63 2 588 9999 from Monday – Sunday, 8:00AM – 9:00PM should you have questions or concerns, or email us by clicking on this link http://www.airasia.com/my/en/faqdetailsform.html
We hope for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are continuously improving ourselves to serve you better and to ensure that your flights are safe, pleasant and hassle-free.
