Document recently updated I have made a booking but I did not receive any confirmation of my itinerary via e-mail. What should I do?

Once a booking has been completed online, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with your travel itinerary within 24 hours. If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours, please fill out our e-form and send us your booking details or you can chat to one of our agents here.
