Document I have made a booking but the status says 'pending'. What should I do?

Please log in via Manage My Booking and check your status 24 hours after making the booking.

If the status has changed to 'declined', please proceed to make a new booking.

If the status remains unchanged ie. still pending, please contact your bank or retrieve online bank statement to check if any transaction has occurred. 

After checking with your bank, please inform our customer care via e-form or live chat.
