Document I have tried to register to become a member but I am unsuccessful. What should I do?

 You may need to clear cache on your browser.

Please see instructions on ‘How to Clear Cache’ for the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari

1. Internet Explorer

Go to Tools – Internet Options  



Uncheck ‘Preserve Favourites website data and Check on ‘Temporary Internet files’, ‘Cookies’ and ‘History’ Only. 
Click on ‘Delete’ to apply setting.


 
2. Firefox

Go to Options 


 
Select ‘Privacy Tab’, click on ‘Clear Your recent history ‘



Select time range to clear (eg: Everything) and click on ‘ Clear Now’ , restart your Firefox browser. 



3. Google Chrome

Click on ‘Settings’ 
 
 

 Select ‘History Tab’, Select ‘Clear all browsing data’ to clear cache. 

 



Restart your Google Chrome browser.   

4. Safari

Ctrl + alt + E to delete cache, click on Empty when you see the pop up message. 



Restart your Safari browser.
