1. How can I redeem the promotion?
To enjoy the promotion, you will need to:
a) Click on the link in the baggage promo email sent to you
b) Click on ‘Manage My Booking’
c) Select the Booking, in which you want to redeem the baggage promotion
d) Click on ‘Modify’ to enjoy the promotion 
e) You will only be able to view baggage add-on’s and not meals or other items
f) The discounted baggage tier of 20kg is available for you to select, at the price of 15kg
g) Please ensure that your selections are correct, then click on ‘Continue’ to payment page
h) Proceed to payment to confirm your booking ([direct debit options] once you click on the merchant bank of your choice, you will commit your baggage selection)

PLEASE NOTE: that you cannot redeem this promotion through any other channels or at the sales counter. You can only access it via the online link provided in the email. This promo is NON-TRANSFERABLE, only our guests who have received the promotional email from AirAsia and fall within the promo period are eligible. IMPORTANT NOTE: this promotion will not be available 4 hours prior to your flight departure. 
 
2. Can I enjoy the baggage promotion via ‘Manage My Booking’ at www.airasia.com? 
No. In order to enjoy the promotion, you will need to login to a special site by clicking on the link in the promotional email, then click on ‘Modify’ to enjoy the promotion for eligible  bookings. 
 
3. How come I can’t log in to access the promo?
You have to be registered as an AirAsia member. This promo is only applicable to those who have received the promotional email from us. You can’t access the promo by using any links forwarded to you by your friends. Please check that you are using the correct password. Also, if the promo period has ended, you will not be able to access it. Please check the details in the email we have sent out.
 
4. Can I apply the baggage promo to everyone in my group booking?
Yes you may, as long as you can view the other group members in MMB. You may opt for different baggage selections to each guest. 
 
5. How can I make payment to this login based promo?
You can make payment to your booking by using Credit/Debit/Charge Card or Direct Debit ONLY. Please take note that Direct Debit is not available if your flight is departing within 48 hours. 
Once you click on Direct Debit option (e.g. Maybank2U) you will commit to your baggage selection. For Credit Card, your baggage selection is only committed once you have filled in your credit card number and details and clicked ‘submit’.
 
6. How long is the validity of this promotion?
The promotion is only valid throughout the booking period stated in the promotional email that you have received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: this promotion will not be available 4 hours prior to your flight departure. 
 
7. Can I redeem the promotion after the booking period? 
No. The promotion is only valid throughout the booking period stated in the promotional email. 
 
8. Can I redeem the promotion for all bookings? 
The promotion is only available for selected bookings listed in the special ‘Manage My Booking’ page. You will see the list of eligible bookings once you have logged in to the special ‘Manage My Booking’. 
 
9. How come I can’t change the guest details here?
This is a special site for you to claim the baggage promo and make payment only, for any guest detail changes you will need to go back to www.airasia.com and go to ‘Manage My Booking’ to make these changes
 
10. Can I cancel the redemption? 
You can still cancel your selection provided you have not clicked on Direct Debit option (e.g. Maybank2U) on the Payment page, or if you have not entered all your credit card details and clicked on submit. We strongly suggest to our guests to review and confirm the selection and amount due before proceeding. 
 
11. I split my group booking into two separate bookings – can I still enjoy this promo?
If you received our special promo before you split your bookings, you will not be able to enjoy the promo as it is tied to a specific booking reference number. 
 
12. What happens if I need to make more change to my booking after I have selected the promo?
You can go to www.airasia.com and go to ‘Manage My Booking’ to make your changes. If you are applying changes to the baggage you have just purchased with promotion, any price differences will be based on what you have paid for.
