Document Prebook special needs assistance (wheelchair service) online

Passengers requiring wheelchair service are requested to contact us via our live web chat or our call center at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (STD) to make prior arrangements. 
 
Passengers may also prebook the same at the time of booking or via Manage My Booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.  Please note that failure to notify us may result in wheelchair service unavailable upon your arrival at the airport. For health and safety reasons, passengers on wheelchairs must check-in at the airport.
 
SERVICE FEE
The system will collect the charge for both departure and arrival except where the service is provided for free.  There is no service charge for a D7 flight. Please visit our Schedule of Fees page for details on charges for specific stations


FLY THRU BOOKING
Fly-Thru booking – the fee for a D7 sector will be waived and system will only charge the other sector if a fee is applicable

HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
To proceed with wheelchair service prebook, select YES under flight selection page. Wheelchair service will be available under Add-ons product, Traveler details page

OKU/ DISABILITY CARD NUMBER - Applicable in Malaysia ONLY
Guest with OKU or Disability Card Number, applicable in Malaysia only, will be exempted from the wheelchair fee. Once a card number has been inserted there will be no fee displayed. Refer to the column highlighted in red. Guest however is required to present the card upon check-in counter to confirm validity of the card. Guest will have to pay the applicable fee if they fail to present a valid card.
Guest without OKU or Disability Card Number a fee will be charged, refer to the column highlighted in RED

LIMITED BOOKINGS PER FLIGHT
If Paraplegic (WCHC) or Quadriplegic (WCHQ) exceeds the limitation, limitations set for cabin safety, system will not allow to guest to book for the specific flight. You will be required to select an alternative date where the allocation for this service is available.

HOW TO BOOK VIA MANAGE MY BOOKING
Guest may prebook and pay for a wheelchair under Manage My Booking more than 4 hours from STD. Click on “Add-ons” and choose “Wheelchair Service”
