Document Red Carpet Service for all flights departing from Kuala Lumpur (klia2) terminated from 10th July 2014

From 10th July 2014, Red Carpet Service for all AirAsia and AirAsia X flights departing from Kuala Lumpur (klia2), both pre-book and airport purchase, will be terminated. This is to ensure we remain focused on delivering the best customer experience.

Guests who have pre-booked this service for travel period from 10th July 2014 onwards will be given credit shell. 


1.When will this take effect? 
The service for flights departing from klia2 will be terminated from 10th July 2014 onwards.
 
2.What do I need to do if I have purchased a Red Carpet service on 10th July 2014 onwards?
You will be given a credit shell for the fee that you paid when you booked the service.
 
3.How will I be notified of my credit shell?
An e-mail notificatioin will be sent to you once the credit shell has been processed. Please note that the credit shell must be utilised within 90 days from the date of issuance.

4.Who can I contact if I have not received my credit shell?
Please go to askairasia.com and click on the contact options for Live Chat, e-Form or Twitter to get in touch with our team. Please have your 6 digit booking reference number ready. 
 
5.Can I still pre-book a Red Carpet service online for departures from Kuala Lumpur? 
No, we have terminated this service for flights departing from Kuala Lumpur (klia2) from 10th July 2014.
 
6.Can I pre-book or purchase a Red Carpet service from any other destination?
Yes, our Red Carpet service is still available from the following ports:
- Kota Kinabalu (BKI)
- Kuching (KCH)
- Penang (PEN)
- Singapore (SIN)
- Jakarta (CGK)
- Bali (DPS)
- Medan (KNO)
