Can I bring my wheelchair on board?
No. Due to space limitations in the cabin, wheelchairs have to be checked-in.
However, you may continue to use your wheelchair up to the aircraft door / steps.
We encourage you to check your wheelchair in and use ours, as some countries have health and safety requirements that do not allow handlers to lift anything heavy, especially on aerobridges. Please refer here for our guide to pre-book Special Assistance: http://www.airasia.com/ask/template.do?id=85
