Document Can I bring my wheelchair on board?

No. Due to space limitations in the cabin, wheelchairs have to be checked-in.

However, you may continue to use your wheelchair up to the aircraft door / steps.

We encourage you to check your wheelchair in and use ours, as some countries have health and safety requirements that do not allow handlers to lift anything heavy, especially on aerobridges.
