Who boards first on an AirAsia flight?
For AirAsia flights with flight numbers beginning with AK, PQ, JW, FD & QZ, the boarding sequence is as follow:
1. Guests with reduced mobility & senior citizen of 65 years old and above
2. Guests who purchased Hot Seats
3. All other Guests
For AirAsia X flight, which begin with D7, the boarding sequence is as follows:
1. Guests travelling on Premium Flat Beds and in Quiet Zones
2. Guests who purchased Hot Seats
3. Guests with reduced mobility, those requiring special assistance/slow walkers and senior citizen of 65 years old and above
4. Guests travelling with children under 12 years old
5. General boarding with seat row numbers, boarding from rear to forward of the aircraft.
