How to book a hotel room online?
To book a hotel room online, click the 'Get a Room' banner on the homepage. There are five simple steps to follow:

Step 1 : Find your destination from the scroll bar and enter your check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, guests or children. Click on 'GO'.

Step 2 : Choose your hotel by clicking on the 'Select' button below the price. You may click on 'more hotel info' to get the hotel description.

Step 3 : Select the room you would like to reserve and read the terms and conditions listed below and click on 'GO' to continue or 'Back' to select another hotel. For details on daily rates, click the 'Daily Rate Breakdown'.

Step 4 : Verify the hotel and review the rate details for your reservation. Enter all the required information in the Guest and Payment section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. Don't forget to read the Booking Terms and Conditions listed below. Then, click on the 'Confirm & Pay' to book the selected hotel room(s).
Reminder : Do not click on the 'Confirm & Pay' button more than once as this may result in double charges on your credit card. Kindly wait at least for 45 seconds till the Confirmation screen appear.

Step 5 : Congratulations, you've now purchased a hotel room(s) online. Here is your Booking Confirmation and PRINT this page for your records. Present the Booking Confirmation slip, a valid identity card or passport and credit card or cash at the hotel's front desk.

Click on 'Return to Home' to go to the airasia.com home page:

To retrieve your booking
Go to the www.airasia.com and click on the banner on 'Get a Room' on the homepage section.

Step 1 : Click on the 'Retrieve Booking ' link under the Buy Now section on Hotel main page.

Step 2 : Enter your Booking Number and your Last Name/Surname. Click on the 'GO' button.

Step 3 : Your 'Hotel Confirmation' details will appear on the screen. Please PRINT this copy for your records.

How to cancel a booking
Effective September 12, 2004, all bookings cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or transferred to another individual. However, should you have a previous booking made before the above date, kindly contact our Go Division team at 603 7651 2233 between 9.00am to 6.00pm from Mon to Fri, and between 9.00am to 1.00pm on Sat or email to goholiday@airasia.com. Kindly refer to Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of check-in, you will be charged for one night's stay.
• Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to the date of check-in, you will be charged the full cost of the room prices for the whole duration.
• During PEAK PERIODS, you will be charged the full cost of the room prices for the whole duration.
