How to make a group booking

2. Please specify flight number and departure dates correctly

2. Booking

1. upon receiving your request we will quote you the fares
2. if you agree with the fare/s we will make the flight booking/s accordingly
3. by when guests will need to pay a non-refundable service fee and deposit as listed in the Service Fee List and Deposit List below per guest
4. Full guest list with I/C and passport numbers must be extended to AirAsia 1 weeks or 7 days before departure.
5. Quote your BIG Shot ID to your travel agent to earn BIG Points. Be a BIG Shot here to redeem your BIG Points for free flights.

3 . Payment

1. call our Group Sales Officers to make payment with your MasterCard or VisaCard
2. cheque payment can be made to AirAsia's Maybank account
3. cash payment can be made to AirAsia's Maybank account, Pos Malaysia branches or any of AirAsia's Sales Offices
4. payments made to AirAsia's Maybank account must be accompanied by a receipt (bank-in slip) to be faxed to AirAsia at +603 87751796 (AirAsia’s flight: AK/FD/QZ) / +603 2787 0111 (AirAsia X’s flight: D7) before 1500 hrs (GMT+8)
5. the booking number corporate/agency ID(If any) must be indicated in the bank-in slip for reference
