Congestion at the LCCT during Hari Raya Aidilfitri Holidays

We would like to advise all AirAsia guests who are flying during this holiday season to leave for the airport earlier than usual for their flights.
Major roads leading to the airport and the airport terminal itself are expected to be congested due to the surge of passenger numbers during this festivity period.
Guests are recommended be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to their respective flights and clear all travel formalities as early as possible, to avoid missing their flights due to possible congestion.
As the airport check in counters are also likely to be congested, guests are advised to utilize our web-check in service for their travel convenience. Web check could be performed upon booking confirmation and up to 60 minutes before departure (AirAsia flights). For AirAsia X flights, web check in is available upon booking confirmation and up to 4 hours before departure.
AirAsia would like to remind all our valued guests that the AirAsia Mobile App on BlackBerry, iPhone and Android is currently unavailable until further notice. Guests who had performed mobile check-in previously are advised to do web or kiosk check-in in or be at the airport at least 3 hours in advance.
