AirAsia suspended Kota Kinabalu – Clark route

AirAsia will be withdrawing its 7x weekly Kota Kinabalu – Clark route effective 1 February 2013 as part of the AirAsia Group’s plan to realign its business and strengthen operations in core markets for 2013. Affected guests who have booked flights on this route will be informed by our customer service personnel about the suspension as well as the available service recovery options.

Guests affected will be offered any ONE the following options:

  1.  Flights will be moved to an earlier date to or from Kota Kinabalu/Clark without any additional charges (subject to flight availability)
  2.  Offered credit shell for the value of purchase with 3 months validity
  3.  Full refund

 

Guests who have connecting flights on AirAsia or AirAsia X will be offered any ONE the following options:

  1.  Flights will be moved to any other available flight to/from their original connecting destination
  2.  Offered credit shell for the value of purchase with 3 months validity
  3.  Full refund
