How to Kiosk Check-In

Step 1: Select your Destination City & key in your Booking Number or You can scan the Barcode on your Travel Itinerary.

Step 2: Select guest to be checked-in.

Step 3: Ensure that check-in information is correct.

Step 4: Upon confirmation of your details, a Boarding Pass will be printed out for you.

Your boarding pass is not a valid pass until your travel documents are checked and your boarding pass verified and stamped at designated document check counters at the airport.

Baggage Drop/Travel Document Check counter is available at all airports. Counter opens two (2) hours and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure

AirAsia X Flights

Baggage Drop/Travel Document Check counter is available at all airports. Counter opens three (3) hours and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
