E-Gift Voucher is available in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollar (USD) only and may be purchased in denominations of RM10, RM50 and RM100 or their equivalent in the other applicable currencies.

Redemption of E-Gift Voucher in a currency different from the currency it was issued will be subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of redemption.
3.
E-Gift Voucher is valid only for online purchases of AirAsia flights including payment of related airport tax, fuel surcharge, administration fees and Xpress Boarding fees.
4.
You must key in the E-Gift Voucher password provided to you when using E-Gift Voucher to make payment for flight booking.
5.
A maximum of five (5) E-Gift Vouchers can be used for one (1) flight booking.
6.
E-Gift Vouchers can only be used once and must be fully redeemed at the time of booking. NO refund will be given for any unused balance.
7.
If the total amount of purchase exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by credit card or direct debit only at the time of flight booking.
8.
We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with: i. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the E-Gift Voucher; ii. Your inability to use the E-Gift Voucher due to lost or misplaced password or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or iii. The use of the E-Gift Voucher by any person(s) not authorised or approved by you.

Validity Period: The validity period for an E-Gift Voucher is as follows: i. if purchased from our website: 6 months from the date of issuance; ii. if provided as a compensation for On Time Guarantee: 3 months from the date of issuance; or iii. if provided on a complimentary basis: the validity is at our discretion E-Gift Vouchers can be used to book for travel up to 12 months from the date of issuance provided the booking is made within the validity period specified above.

The validity of the E-Gift Voucher will not be extended.
11.
E-Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other products in kind and is not refundable.

The E-Gift Voucher is fully transferable and may be utilized by your family and/or friends subject to these Terms and Conditions.
13.
AirAsia has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions.
14.
These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the E-Gift Voucher.
15.
AirAsia reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the E-Gift Voucher with another product or programme of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions "You" shall mean the beneficiary of the E-Gift Voucher and shall include both the purchaser and/or user of the E-Gift Voucher.
What is the expiry date of the AirAsia E-Gift Voucher? AirAsia E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the issue date (only applicable for online purchase). Terms & Conditions

Can I pass my AirAsia E-Gift Voucher to anyone else like my family and/or friends? Yes. The AirAsia E-Gift Voucher is fully transferable and may be utilized by your family and/or friends subject to the Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I lose my AirAsia E-Gift Voucher password? You can visit our airasia.com and at the E-Gift Voucher page, click on the "Forgot your E-Gift Voucher Password?" and fill in your requested information and we will notify you of your password on the spot.

What if I didn't receive my e-mail containing the AirAsia E-Gift Voucher? There could be possibilities that your inbox is full or that our email is in your spam/junk folder. Please re-check your inbox or spam/junk folder once again for our email notification.

How many AirAsia E-Gift Vouchers can be used with One (1) flight booking? Up to five(5) AirAsia E-Gift Vouchers can be used for One (1) flight. Terms & Conditions

What if the flight booking payment is less than OR exceeds my total amount of E-Gift Voucher? No refund will be given for any unused balance and if the amount exceeds then please proceed to pay the difference with your Credit Card. Terms & Conditions
