| how to book a DIY Package |
| To book a DIY Package online, click the word Go Holiday in the navigation bar at the top of the AirAsia.com homepage. There are four simple steps to follow: |

| Step 1: |
Select your departing and arriving cities or destinations, depart and return date(s), number of rooms, guests, children and infants. Click on "GO". |
| |

| Step 2: |
A Package Price with the flight schedules and available hotel for your trip is displayed on the screen. You may change your flights and hotel by clicking on the corresponding circles but your package price will vary depending on the selection made. For more information on the hotel, click on "more hotel info".
Click "GO" to continue. |

| Step 3: |
Review your "Package Summary" and enter all the required information on Guest Details, Main Contact/Credit Card Holder and Payment details. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. Don't forget to read the Booking Terms and Conditions listed below.
Then, click on "Confirm & Pay" to purchase the package(s) with the selected itinerary and specified credit card.
A reminder message will appear to reconfirm your request, click on 'OK' to process your booking. |

Congratulations! You've now purchased a Go Holiday package online. Please PRINT your Package Confirmation to be kept and presented to the airport counter and hotel upon check-in. Your Package Booking Number will be located on the Package Confirmation page for example: B000016 with your Flight Booking Number: 2XGE63 and Hotel Booking Number: GO654321 for check-in purposes. Don't forget to bring along your Identity Card (Malaysians) or Passport for security and check-in purposes.
Click on Return to Home to go to the airasia.com home page. |

| how to book a Hotel Room |
| To book a hotel room online, click the 'Get a Room' banner on the homepage. There are five simple steps to follow: |

| Step 1: |
Find your destination from the scroll bar and enter your check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, guests or children. Click on 'GO'. |

| Step 2: |
Choose your hotel by clicking on the 'Select' button below the price. You may click on 'more hotel info' to get the hotel description. |

| Step 3: |
Select the room you would like to reserve and read the terms and conditions listed below and click on 'GO' to continue or 'Back' to select another hotel. For details on daily rates, click the 'Daily Rate Breakdown'. |

| Step 4: |
Verify the hotel and review the rate details for your reservation. Enter all the required information in the Guest and Payment section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. Don't forget to read the Booking Terms and Conditions listed below. Then, click on the 'Confirm & Pay' to book the selected hotel room(s).
Reminder: Do not click on the 'Confirm & Pay' button more than once as this may result in double charges on your credit card. Kindly wait at least for 45 seconds till the Confirmation screen appear. |

Congratulations, you've now purchased a hotel room(s) online. Here is your Booking Confirmation and PRINT this page for your records. Present the Booking Confirmation slip, a valid identity card or passport and credit card or cash at the hotel's front desk.

Click "GO" to continue. |
