With your mobile, you can check-in from almost anywhere. Opt to mobile check-in via SMS or WAP 48 hours prior and up to 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Check-in via WAP is only available for guests with mobile devices with an internet browser and internet capabilities.
Check-in via SMS is only available:
In Malaysia (MYR 0.50 per SMS), Thailand (THB 6 per SMS) and Indonesia (RP 2000 per SMS)
For guests who are in the home country of their mobile service provider (mobile roaming is not applicable)

With your Boarding Pass, you can proceed straight to the Boarding Gate. If you have baggage to check-in, please drop your baggage at the Self Check-In Counter at least 60 minutes before proceeding to the boarding gate.

Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens two (2) hours and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure
AirAsia X Flights
Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens three (3) hours and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
