All you'll need is a connection to the internet, a printer and your travel itinerary and you'll be able to check-in 48 hours prior and up to 4 hours before the schedule departure time using Web Check-In.
How to Web Check-In
Step 1:
Select your Departure & Destination Cities. Then key in your Booking Number.
Step 2:
Select guest to be checked-in.
Step 3:
Opt to purchase add-ons (if any) - Supersize Baggage - Pick A Seat (payment by credit card only)
Step 4:
Print your Boarding Pass.
With your Boarding Pass, you can proceed straight to the Boarding Gate. If you have baggage to check-in, please drop your baggage at the Self Check-In Counter at least 60 minutes before proceeding to the boarding gate.
AirAsia Flights
Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens two (2) hours and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure
AirAsia X Flights
Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens three (3) hours and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
