All you'll need is a connection to the internet, a printer and your travel itinerary and you'll be able to check-in 48 hours prior and up to 4 hours before the schedule departure time using Web Check-In.
How to Web Check-In
Step 1:
Select your Departure & Destination Cities. Then key in your Booking Number.
Step 2:
Select guest to be checked-in.
Step 3:
Opt to purchase add-ons (if any) - Supersize Baggage - Pick A Seat (payment by credit card only)
Step 4:
Print your Boarding Pass.
With your Boarding Pass, you can proceed straight to the Document Check Counter to stamp your pass and then on
to the Boarding Gate. If you have baggage to check-in, please drop your baggage at the Self Check-In counter at least 60 minutes prior to the boarding time.
AirAsia Flights
Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens two (2) hours and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure
AirAsia X Flights
Self Check-In counter is available at all airports. It opens three (3) hours and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
