TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.

The promotion is organized by Thai AirAsia (“Thai AirAsia”). Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 Entrance pass valid from 14 December 2011 – 14 March 2012

2.

Entry is open to the public except for the following (“Participants”):

a.	Permanent and/or temporary staffs or employees of AirAsia Berhad, P.T. Indonesia AirAsia, Thai AirAsia Co., Ltd., AirAsia X Sdn.Bhd. and AirAsia Go Holiday Sdn.Bhd and its immediate family members;
b.	Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of AirAsia Berhad, P.T. Indonesia AirAsia, Thai AirAsia Co., Ltd., AirAsia X Sdn.Bhd. and AirAsia Go Holiday Sdn.Bhd.

3.

By virtue of an entry to this activity, the Participants signify acceptance and agreement to all terms & conditions set out here.

4.

To stand a chance to get free pass the Participants must do the following:

Redemption condition:

a.

Book any flight with any fare from 5 Chiang Mai routes which are

i.	Bangkok – Chiang Mai
ii.	Phuket-Chiang Mai
iii.	Hat Yai-Chiang Mai
iv.	Ubon Ratchathani-Chiang Mai
v.	Singapore-Chiang Mai

Booking period: 21 - 25 December 2011 (only 5 days)

b.

A flight that booked must be any fare in www.airasia.com website only

c.

The number of free pass is equal to the number of passenger in each itinerary. By that means, a passenger is entitled to one free pass only.

d.

Each passenger in each itinerary can be only redeemed once

Redemption process:

a.

Present Flight itinerary/boarding pass/e-newsletter confirmation for the campaign and original of each passenger ID/passport at: AirAsia Redemption Booth located at Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 main entrance

-	Operation Period: 10 AM – 6 PM
-	Between 3 Jan - 14 Mar 2012

5.

AirAsia (including its respective employees, staff and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) and/or any damage suffered by any participant in connection with the campaign.

6.

The pass is not exchangeable and/or transferable.

7.

The participant is bounded by the terms and conditions that come with Entrance pass. The acceptance of Entrance pass indicated the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions. AirAsia shall not responsible for any loss/damage incur to the redeemed Entrance pass.

8.

AirAsia reserves its sole right and discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject answer that is deemed by it or its judges to be improper or offensive in whatever nature.

9.

AirAsia will be allowed to use the photos and stories for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposed without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

10.

AirAsia reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AirAsia shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against AirAsia for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

11.

AirAsia reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or substitute or replace Entrance tickets from time to time without any prior notice.

12.

Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 Entrance pass is subjected to be a part of AirAsia promotion for our guest who booked a flight under terms & conditions set out herein only. The price of Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 Entrance pass does not included in any AirAsia fare at all. In case of Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 event is cancelled/postponed by any cause, AirAsia shall not be responsible for any refund and/or redemption and/or any flight postponement.

13.

The decision of judges appointed by AirAsia is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.

14.

AirAsia will not cover any transportation for the Participants.

15.

Participants and guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011 event area, flight tickets, accommodation, obtaining all entry, exit, health and other documents of the destination country and are required to have all necessary travel documents (i.e. valid passport, visa) at the time of departure. AirAsia will not be responsible for any of the above and will be borne by the participants entirely.
