AirAsia India Self Offloading

A passenger may request for self off-loading after boarding the flight and before the flight doors are closed only in case of occurrence of an unforeseen event such as a medical emergency or death of a family member or due to any other reasons that are not classified as an emergency. Each offloaded passenger shall, immediately upon being off-loaded, be liable to pay an off-loading charge, refer to the fee schedule, except that no off-loading charge shall be levied in case of a medical emergency, if it is confirmed in the medical certificate from a doctor at the airport medical centre. The said off-loading charge shall be reimbursed in case a passenger (self off-loaded due to death of a family member) produces a death certificate within 7 (seven) days from the date of the relevant flight. Passengers who have self-off-loaded due to proven cases of medical condition or a death of a family member (as stated above) are allowed to re-schedule their flights within 7 days.

AirAsia will cancel the ticket and any further transportation (whether under single or multiple PNR) with no refunds of passengers who choose to be self off-loaded for a cause other than for proven cases of medical condition or a death of a family member. AirAsia also reserves the right to recover from each such passenger, any and all direct or consequential costs which we incur as a result of or arising out of disrupted operations, including but not limited to, flight delays, baggage removal or misconnections. Such passenger shall also be liable to indemnify AirAsia against all claims that may arise against AirAsia from any third party including other passengers due to such disrupted operations.
