3. You will receive the OTP to your email used during booking

Important Cancellation Information
Easy Cancel offers the option to cancel your flight for any reason, up to 48 hours before departure, with no questions asked. However, there are a few important things to know:
Flight Disruptions
If your flight has been cancelled or delayed, you will not be able to utilize Easy Cancel. However, AirAsia will notify you of your recovery options, including eligibility for a refund or flight change, according to the current AirAsia practice.
Cancellation Deadline
The cancellation deadline to utilize Easy Cancel is displayed when you select Easy Cancel. It is also displayed in your booking confirmation email and in Manage Booking.
Currencies
Easy Cancel may not be available for certain currencies. In such cases, the Easy Cancel option will not be offered.
Split Bookings
If you split your booking into multiple parts, Easy Cancel will not apply, and refunds will not be issued.
