If booking is unsuccessful, refund may be issued as follows:-
If booking is successful, the refund policy for Flight Booking is subject to the applicable fare rules and conditions of the Airline and/or any applicable country laws. |
Voluntary cancellation fees vary based on the booking date, ranging from KRW15,000 to KRW 200,000. Refund processing times differ: credit card (up to 24 hours) and online banking (7-14 days). For details, please refer to the below:
