Campaign Period: 1 April 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+7) 30 April 2022


  1. The airasia explore x TrueID Petualangan Kuliner Contest (“Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”) in collaboration with PT True Digital Indonesia.
  2. Subject to these terms and conditions, participants of this Contest (“Participants”, “you”, “their”) will stand a chance to win two (2) domestic return flight tickets to Denpasar (“Prize”) upon satisfying the Contest Mechanism hereinafter provided.
  3. This Contest will be conducted on the airasia Super App during the Contest Period (hereunder provided).
  4. This Contest is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of TrueID, if any, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and is subjected to the Privacy Statement of the Organiser.


  1. The Contest will be held for a period of thirty (30) days commencing from 1000 (GMT+7) on 1 April 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+7) 30 April 2022 (“Contest Period”).
  2. Redemption of the Prize shall be valid for a period of fourteen (14) days commencing from 0000 (GMT+7) on 17 May 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+7) 30 May 2022 (“Redemption Period”).
  3. The Prize must be utilised and completed within the period of three (3) months after the end of Redemption Period, starting from 0000 (GMT+7) on 1 June 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+7) 31 August 2022 (“Travel Period”).

Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants who adhere to the following contest mechanism (“Contest Mechanism”) are eligible to win the Contest:
    1. During the Contest Period, the Participants shall view any TrueID food videos on airasia explore; and
    2. Participants must complete and submit the Contest Form to qualify for the contest
  2. Participants who satisfy the requirements of the Contest Mechanism shall be eligible to win the Contest, and Participants who provide incomplete entries or fail to abide by the Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without any further notice.
  3. Subject to the Specific Terms and Conditions, only one (1) Participant who strictly followed the Contest Mechanism will be selected as the Winners of this Contest (“Winner”).
  4. Entry to the Contest is free of charge and the Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry and residing in Indonesia except for the following:
    1. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries;
    2. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of PT True Digital Indonesia and its subsidiaries;
    3. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries;
    4. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of PT True Digital Indonesia and its subsidiaries.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry by Participants which are deemed to contain offensive, inappropriate, and/or obscene elements. Such entries will be disqualified immediately.
  6. In case there are less than five (5) Participants, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Contest with or without any further notice.

Announcement of Winner

  1. The Winner will be announced via contest landing page on 16 May 2022(“Winner Announcement Date”). Once the announcement is made, the Winner will be notified through email by the Organiser for further communication.
  2. There shall be one (1) Winner who will be entitled to receive the Prize.
  3. The redemption of the Prize is strictly limited to the following conditions:-
    1. The Winner shall comply with the Redemption Period and Travel Period as stipulated in Clause 6 and Clause 7. For avoidance of doubt, both flight tickets must be utilized by the Redemption Period and Travel Period.
    2. Flight destination shall be limited to only round-trip flights to Denpasar. The Winner may choose to depart from Jakarta or Bandung, Indonesia.
    3. The redemption of the Prize is subject to flight availability on the Organiser’s website, Any applicable surcharges pursuant to redemption of the Prize shall be borne by the Winner.
    4. Pursuant to Clause 16(b), the Winner shall communicate to the Organiser of any booking details through email including but not limited to departure destination, travel date, time. The Organiser shall perform the bookings on behalf of the Winner and forward the itinerary to the Winner upon booking confirmation.
    5. The Organiser may respond to the Winner’s queries and/or booking request(s) within seven (7) working days or any other reasonable period deemed fit by the Organiser.
    6. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to book or for any delay in performing its obligations. Any booking made pursuant to the redemption of Prize shall be deemed valid upon Winner’s receipt of the booking confirmation and/or itinerary.
  4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize is only claimable by the selected Winner. The Organiser may require proof of identity of the Winner but nothing herein obliges the Organiser under any circumstance to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person(s).
  5. The Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or image and/or likeness (collectively referred to as “Likeness”) by AACom for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes relating to this Contest without further notice or compensation. The Winner agrees to save and hold harmless AACom, their officers, directors, agents, representatives and their licensees and assigns from any claim or liability in connection with the use of his/her Likeness as aforesaid or by virtue of any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite from, whether intentional or otherwise, as well as any publication thereof.
  6. In the event the original Prize offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
  7. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes.
  8. Only one (1) entry will be considered for the Prize in respect of the same Participant.
  9. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.


  1. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Website immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Contest shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  4. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Contest.
  5. All other costs and expenses associated with this Contest and Prize, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Winner.
  6. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winner and Participant(s) in connection with this Contest, the promotion of this Contest or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  7. The Participant(s) shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Contest.
  8. These Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  • Promosi yang tersedia untuk pembelian yang dibuat di dan AirAsia Mobile App hanya terbatas untuk tarif dasar reguler saja dan tidak termasuk kategori terpadu Premium Flex/Paket Hemat.
  • Tarif all-in yang tertera dalam situs web kami adalah untuk perjalanan satu-arah, termasuk tarif dasar dan semua pajak, biaya dan ongkos yang diberlakukan oleh badan pemerintah yang bersangkutan.
  • Semua pajak, biaya atau ongkos yang diberlakukan oleh badan pemerintah harus dibayar pada saat pembelian kecuali jika dinyatakan sebaliknya.
  • Pembayaran dalam mata uang asing mengikut kepada nilai tukar mata uang yang berlaku pada tanggal pembayaran.

Biaya Pemrosesan

  • Mulai tanggal 22 Sep 2019, jam 00.01 (GMT+8), biaya pemrosesan akan ditiadakan untuk pembelian baru yang dibuat melalui dan AirAsia Mobile App untuk penerbangan ke dan dari Malaysia. Ini tidak termasuk penerbangan FlyThru internasional yang transit melalui Malaysia.

Promosi Kursi Gratis

  • Anggota BIG diharuskan login untuk menikmati diskon anggota.
  • Kursi gratis tidak termasuk pajak bandara dan biaya lain yang berlaku.
  • Kursi gratis atau tarif penerbangan berdiskon adalah terbatas dan mungkin tidak tersedia untuk semua penerbangan, semua destinasi termasuk hari libur nasional, libur sekolah dan akhir pekan.

Kode promo

  • Kode promo hanya tersedia dan berlaku selama periode promosi yang ditentukan.
  • Semua pembelian harus dibuat oleh pengguna melalui atau AirAsia Mobile App.
  • Kode promo akan terbatas dalam periode pembelian dan periode penerbangan, bersama dengan syarat dan ketentuan spesifik yang berkaitan dengan masing-masing kode promo.
  • Kode promo terbatas dan mungkin tidak tersedia untuk semua penerbangan, semua destinasi termasuk hari libur nasional, libur sekolah dan akhir pekan.

  • Penerbangan yang dipesan melalui mungkin akan dioperasikan oleh maskapai pihak ketiga dan syarat dan ketentuan berlaku.
  • Kecuali jika dinyatakan, tarif all-in yang tertera dalam iklan kami adalah untuk kelas ekonomi, penerbangan satu arah, termasuk tarif dasar dan semua pajak yang berlaku, biaya dan ongkos yang diberlakukan oleh badan pemerintah yang bersangkutan.

Syarat dan Ketentuan SNAP

  • Harga tercantum adalah untuk per orang dengan basis twin-sharing dan sudah termasuk penerbangan PP dengan penginapan 3 hari 2 malam yang mungkin berbeda tergantung pada tanggal dan ketersediaan. Ketentuan lain seperti batas minimal penginapan, tanggal pengecualian promo, ketersediaan kamar, dan pembayaran di muka bisa berlaku.
  • Seluruh pajak harus dilunasi saat pembelian kecuali diberitahukan sebelumnya. Biaya tambahan mungkin berlaku untuk bagasi terdaftar.
  • Pemesanan dianggap sah jika telah melakukan pembayaran secara penuh. Total pembelian, termasuk tambahan biaya lainnya, telah tercantum dalam halaman sebelum konfirmasi pemesanan.
