How to Participate

STEP 1: Login to your AirAsia account at https://www.airasia.com or the AirAsia MOVE.

STEP 2: Book any AirAsia Z2 flight.

STEP 3: Purchase any flight add-on with your Z2 flight via Inpath or Manage My Booking. These include:

Baggage (any weight)

STEP 4: Register for the “1 Million airasia Points Giveaway” at https://bit.ly/1mpointsgiveawayform

STEP 5: A total of thirty-six (36) winners will receive an email notification containing their prize and the details of prize redemption through their registered AirAsia Member email address. They will also be notified via mail through their registered home address.

1 Million airasia Points Giveaway!
1. The participating AirAsia member must register at the promo’s landing page at www.airasia.com/aa/campaign/en/gb/1mpoints.html. Member must provide the following:
  - First and Last Name
  - AirAsia Member ID
  - Email Address
  - Flight Booking Reference Number
2. The participating AirAsia Member must only use one registered AirAsia Member account.
3. The participating AirAsia Member will earn raffle entries for all add-ons purchased under the same flight booking number. The equivalent raffle entries for each add-on is:
4. Additional raffle entries will be awarded for return flights that have pre-booked add-ons.
5. The participating AirAsia Member must also be a passenger under the same flight booking number. If the AirAsia Member is not part of the booking, no raffle entries will be credited.
6. A third-party randomizer will be utilized to choose the raffle winners.
7. The participating AirAsia Member can only win once.
8. The winners will receive an email notification containing their prize and the details of prize redemption through their registered AirAsia Member email address.The winners will also be notified via mail through their registered home address.
9. airasia points awarded are valid for 2 years upon crediting to the winners’ airasia account.
10. The winner will shoulder the tax of the prize above PHP 10,000.00
11. The use of airasia points to purchase any product or service on airasia.com or AirAsia MOVE is subject to the existing Terms and Conditions of airasia Rewards.

15. The promo is NOT open to employees of Philippines AirAsia, Organizers, and Partners; and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their employees and relatives of the employees up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
16. The prize is not transferable, not convertible to cash, not endorsable, and not for sale.
17. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
18. By the Promo, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time.
19. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding “1 Million airasia Points Giveaway” Promo.
20. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
21. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “1 Million airasia Points Giveaway” Promo.
22. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
23. The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
