    2. How can I join the promo?
      Simply book an AirAsia flight to any AirAsia destination from October 1, 2024 to November 29, 2024 within the travel period of October 1, 2024 to November 29, 2024.
    3. What can I win by joining the promo?

      MECHANICS

      LFG: AirAsia Blowout (“Raffle Promo”) is a promotion organized by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. (“AirAsia”) in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). By joining the Promo, the participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of AirAsia for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.

      The campaign period starts on October 1, 2024 and ends on November 29, 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

      The LFG: AirAsia Blowout Promo is open to all AirAsia passengers 18 or above that booked online via airasia.com or AirAsia MOVE and are traveling to any domestic and international routes of AirAsia with a booking and travel period of October 1, 2024 to November 29, 2024.

      NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

      • The winner will be notified via registered mail and email within two weeks from the draw date
      • Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered email
      • Prizes airasia points will be credited to the winners’ account upon confirming receipt of the notification email.
      • Winners will need to claim their prize at the nearest AirAsia office as identified in the notification sent to the winners. Winners can also respond through the email provided in the notification of the winner letter to schedule the claiming of prizes. In the event that the winner will not be able to claim the prize physically, AirAsia and the winner will schedule a video awarding using Google Meet or any video conferencing software.

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      1. The promo is open to all Filipinos residing in the Philippines, at least 18 years old.
      2. The promo is exclusive only to all online bookings for any AirAsia destinations.
      3. One (1) raffle entry is awarded for every passenger within the same booking reference number
      4. The participant/customer can only win once. In the event that the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
      5. Raffle draw will be supervised by DTI representative and Philippines Air Asia representative
      6. Winners will need to claim their prize at the nearest AirAsia office as identified in the notification sent to the winners. Winners can also respond through the email provided in the notification of the winner letter to schedule the claiming of prizes. In the event that the winner will not be able to claim the prize physically, AirAsia and the winner will schedule a video awarding using Google Meet or any video conferencing software.
      7. AirAsia will require proof of identity of the winner but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain, or investigate the identity of any person.
      8. Winners must present the email letter of notification from Airasia, together with two (2) of the following valid IDs (IDs with a picture on it): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID and TIN ID for final verification by responding to AirAsia’s email.
      9. The prizes are not re-sellable, or convertible to cash but are transferable.
      10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS. Their names will also be posted at the official AirAsia social media pages/accounts.
      11. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
      12. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
      13. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Airasia with prior approval from DTI.
      14. The prizes are valid for one (1) year from the date of awarding.
      15. By joining the Promo, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time with prior approval from DTI.
      16. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding “LFG: AirAsia Blowout” Promo.
      17. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
      18. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “LFG: AirAsia Blowout” Promo.
      19. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
      20. The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
