• Where can I purchase a Fast Pass?

  You can purchase this through the AirAsia MOVE website/app during your initial flight booking or anytime after in the ‘Manage My Booking, 24hrs before checking in .

• What is the recommended time frame for purchasing a Fast Pass before my travel?

  You should aim to purchase your Fast Pass at least 24 hours before your departure time, as it is available for purchase up to that point.

• Is Fast Pass available for all destinations?

  Fast Pass can be used on all AirAsia flights except those operated by Indonesia AirAsia (QZ) domestic routes.
  Note:
  (i) The Fast Pass for Fly-Thru flights is subject to availability on a per-sector basis.
  (ii) Fast Lane Immigration Service in Thailand is temporarily unavailable for AirAsia Philippines (Carrier code: Z2) and AirAsia Indonesia (Carrier code: QZ) flights.

• Is it possible to get a refund for my Fast Pass if I decide not to travel or in the event of a missed flight?

  No, refunds are not applicable for Fast Pass purchases.

• What happens to my Fast Pass if I perform a flight change?

  If you decide to change your flight, your Fast Pass will not be forfeited. Instead, it will be carried forward to your new schedule, subject to availability

• If I have already purchased Xtra Carry On (CBWT), am I still able to buy Fast Pass?

  Yes, you can. However, please remember that the Xtra Carry On you already purchased is non-refundable and the combined weight of your two pieces of cabin baggage within the permitted dimension must not exceed 14 kilograms.

• If I purchase Fast Pass and am eligible to enjoy Fast Lane Immigration Services, does it mean I can have any exemption to apply for a visa?

  While Fast Lane Immigration Services may expedite your immigration process, you are still required to fulfill the entry requirements of the country you are traveling to. This includes ensuring that your passport is valid and having all relevant documents such as visas and entry permits. When using the APEC lane/airport control service, you will need to present your boarding pass to the immigration officer.
  
  It's important to note that Immigration reserves the right to refuse services if your travel documents are insufficient or incomplete, or if they are unable to verify your Fast Pass service.

• Terms & Conditions

  1. Can only be purchased on the website or airasia Superapp during initial booking.
  2. Limited units available for each flight, on a first-come first-served basis.
  3. Once purchased, it is non-transferable, non-reroutable and non-refundable.
  4. Charges/Fees: Domestic: RM50 | International: RM99
  5. If your flight is cancelled or terminated, then you have the option of getting a full refund or transfer to your next available flight.
