MECHANICS

Promo will run from August 15, 2023 to November 15, 2023.
The Promo is open to all AirAsia members booking an AirAsia flight within the promo period.
Each passenger will earn one (1) raffle entry for every purchase of the following add-ons:
- Check-in Baggage - 20KG, 25KG, 30KG, 40KG
- Xtra Carry-on
- Sports Equipment - 20KG, 25KG, 30KG, 40KG
- Pick-a-Seat - Standard Seat
- Travel Insurance
Each passenger will earn five (5) raffle entries for every purchase of the following add-ons:
- Pick-a-Seat - Hot Seat
Each passenger will earn ten (10) raffle entries for every purchase of the following add-ons:
- Check-in Baggage - 50KG, 60KG

Additional raffle entries will be earned for add-ons purchased on the return flight of the same booking number.
The AirAsia member must be a passenger of the same flight booking number. If the AirAsia member is not part of the booking, no raffle entries will be earned.

- 2 winners - 200,000 airasia points
- 3 winners - 100,000 airasia points
- 5 winners - 50,000 airasia points

RAFFLE DRAW

Raffle draws will be done every month:
- September 20, 2023 - first draw of 25 winners of 10,000 airasia points and 15 winners of 20,000 points
- October 20, 2023 - second draw of 5 winners of 50,000 airasia points
- November 20, 2023 - grand draw of 3 winners of 100,000 airasia points, 2 winners of 200,000 airasia points, 1 winner of 500,000 airasia points

Deadlines to register for the promo (in Philippine Standard Time):
- September 16, 2023, 11:59PM for the first draw
- October 16, 2023, 11:59PM, for the second draw
- November 16, 2023, 11:59PM, for the grand draw

Raffle draw will be held at the Philippines AirAsia Head Office, NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City in the presence of a DTI representative.

Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
The first and second raffle draws will only cover the respective month preceding it. Raffle entries from August 15 to September 14, 2023 are qualified for the first draw; raffle entries from September 15 to October 14, 2023 are qualified for the second draw. The grand raffle covers the entire duration of the promo.

NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

The winner will be notified via registered mail and email within two weeks from the draw date.
Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered email.
airasia points will be credited to the winners’ account upon confirming receipt of the notification email.
airasia points are valid for 2 years upon crediting to the winners’ airasia account.
Winners will be announced and posted on AirAsia’s official website, social media accounts and/or electronic direct mail.

1. The use of airasia points to purchase any product or service on airasia.com or AirAsia MOVE is subject to the existing Terms and Conditions of airasia Rewards.

6. The prize is not transferable, not convertible to cash, not endorsable, and not for sale.
7. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate in relation to the promo.
8. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the “Get Your Add-on” Promo.
9. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
10. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “1 Million airasia Points Giveaway” Promo.
11. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
12. The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
