Terms & Conditions For AirAsia Rewards Refer A Friend Program
- The “AirAsia rewards - Refer a Friend Program” (“Program”) is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”or “BL”).
- The Program runs for an indefinite period from 20thJanuary 2021, 00:00 (GMT +8) unless advised otherwise by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Program at any time as it deems fit without prior notice to any participants (“the Participants”).
Program Requirements
- The Participants of the Program will be classified as either one of the following:
- “Referrer” (AirAsia member who has made a referral to non-AirAsia members with a unique referral link); or
- “Referee” (AirAsia member who has become a member via a Referrer’s unique referral link).
- Table A below illustrates the criteria required to be fulfilled by the Participants in order to be eligible to receive the AirAsia points issued pursuant to this Program (“Program Requirements”):

| d) Must perform any earn transactions (excluding gift card purchase, points transfer, AirAsia points top-up, and any marketing related bonus points), within thirty (30) days of signing up as a AirAsia member using Referrer’s unique link. | - | Yes |
- Below are the conditions required to be met by the Participants in order to be entitled to receive their AirAsia points pursuant to this Program (“Conditions”):
- For Referrers:-
- Participants will receive 125 AirAsia points only AFTER every unique and successful referral link made, subject to Referee meeting ALL the Program Requirements as listed in Table A above.
- Referrers can get a maximum of 625 AirAsia points (maximum of five (5) referrals to five (5) different Referees) within a period of thirty (30) days AFTER the Referee completes ALL the Program Requirements. After the first thirty (30) days, the maximum amount of AirAsia points a Referrer can receive will be refreshed to 625 AirAsia points, and shall continue the same for every subsequent thirty (30) days, unless stated otherwise.
- In the event Referrer sends a referral link to the same Referee more than once, the Organiser will only issue the 125 AirAsia points to Referrer for each unique and successful referral, based on the earliest date the Referee meets all the Program Requirements. Subsequent referrals to the same Referees who have already met the Program Requirements will be ignored.
- In the event a Referrer successfully refers more than five (5) Referees within a 30-day period, the Organiser will not consider the extra successful referrals in the subsequent 30-day period (no carry forward of AirAsia points in the subsequent month).
- In the event the Referee does not complete all the Program Requirements as stated in Table A, within the first 30-day period after successfully signing up as an AirAsia member via Referrer’s unique referral link, then the Referrer will not be eligible for the 125 AirAsia points.
- For Referees:-
- Referees will get 625 AirAsia points, within thirty (30) days of signing up as an AirAsia member by using Referrer’s unique referral link, AND upon meeting ALL Program Requirements as stated in Table A.
- The first day out of the thirty (30) days will be effective from the date the Referee successfully signs up as an AirAsia member using Referrer’s unique referral link, and subject to meeting ALL the Program Requirements.
- In the event, the Referee receives more than one (1) referral link, the Organiser will only issue 625 AirAsia points ONCE based on the earliest date that Referee meets all the Program Requirements. Subsequent attempts to sign up with a different referral link will be ignored.
- In the event that the Referee signs up as an AirAsia member within the first 30-day period, and only performs the first login in the App in the subsequent 30-day period, then the Referee will not be eligible for the 625 AirAsia points.
- In the event that the Referee does not perform the earn transactions as stated in Table A above within the first 30-day period after successfully signing up as an AirAsia member via Referrer’s unique referral link, then the Referee will not be eligible for the 625 AirAsia points.
Program Mechanism
- The AirAsia points received by the eligible Participants pursuant to this Program will be credited into their AirAsia member account within thirty (30) working days upon successful completion of meeting all the Program Requirements and Conditions as stated above and further subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary.
- Notwithstanding the standard validity of AirAsia points under the Organiser’s standard terms and conditions, all AirAsia points issued under this Program will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date such AirAsia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s AirAsia member account. The said AirAsia points not redeemed or utilised prior to the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited by the Organiser without notice or liability.
Miscellaneous
- In addition to the Terms and Conditions as specified herein, the Campaign’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.AirAsia.com/aa/rewards/en/gb/campaign-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”) will also apply to this Program. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the courts in Malaysia.
- These Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
