  • Your vehicle must be suitable for passenger transportation.

      Currently, we facilitate the process by providing classes and exams at our Driver Centre. However, drivers would need to apply for a PSV license and e-hailing permits through relevant external parties themselves.

  • What is the maximum age requirement for a car to be eligible for airasia ride e-hailing service?

      Your car should not be more than 15 years old.

  • Do airasia drivers have insurance coverage?

      Yes, all airasia ride Drivers (Allstars) are provided with insurance coverage. Terms and conditions apply.

  • What is an independent driver and a full-time driver?

      Independent drivers work on a part-time basis and have the flexibility to choose their preferred working hours. On the other hand, full-time drivers exclusively drive for airasia ride and enjoy the benefits of being an Allstar employee.
