Promo Mechanics

  • The “Snap Your Santan” promo shall run from April 3, 2024 to June 30, 2024
  • The Promo is open to all passengers of Philippines AirAsia
  • To qualify, Philippines AirAsia passengers should:
    • Fly with Philippines AirAsia during the Promo Period
    • Purchase Santan inflight meal. Meals can either be pre-booked or purchased onboard
    • Take a photo of their Santan inflight meal
    • Upload to their Facebook wall or Instagram profile
    • Use the hashtag #SnapYourSantan and tag the following:
      • Facebook: Fly AirAsia and Santan
      • Instagram: @flyairasia.ph and @santan.asean
    • Instagram and Facebook Stories are not included.
    • Keep the posts public
  • Passengers who have qualified posts get a chance to win a roundtrip ticket to any Philippines AirAsia domestic destination
  • One winner will be chosen during the raffle draw
  • Deadline for posting is on June 30, 2024

Raffle Draw

  • The electronic raffle draw will be on July 8, 2024 at the AirAsia office in NAIA Terminal 3
  • A third-party randomizer will be used to randomly select the winners
  • A notification will be sent to the winners’ registered mailing address and email address on July 15, 2024

  • Terms & Conditions

    1. Pre-book and onboard purchases are included in the promo
    2. Only hot meals are qualified. These include: Beef Tapa, Chicken Inasal, Nasi Lemak, Chicken Rice, Chicken Yakisoba, and Beef Gyudon
    3. Light snacks, non-perishable items, and drinks are excluded from the promo
    4. Winners will be messaged via their Facebook or Instagram profile
    5. Unclaimed prizes sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited
    6. Prize ticket is valid for 1 year upon claiming by the winner.
    7. This roundtrip flight is inclusive of all mandatory charges, including airport taxes, fuel surcharges, admin fees, and 20kg checked-in baggage per person only but is exclusive of Airport Terminal Fee, and ASF.
    8. AirAsia may require proof of identity of the holder but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain, or investigate the identity of any person.
    9. The prize is not re-sellable or convertible to cash but TRANSFERABLE.
    10. No changes in flight dates once confirmed and booked unless flight has been canceled as initiated by the government.
    11. AirAsia is not liable to you for any loss and/or damages of travel voucher and it will not be replaced.
    12. AirAsia reserves the right to alter any flight according to commercial and operational reasons. Please also refer to AirAsia’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage in www.airasia.com
    13. AirAsia is not responsible for and will not replace the travel voucher if lost, stolen or damaged.
    14. All booking of seats are subject to availability but this voucher shall not be used to redeem seats on flights during embargo period, long weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays at any time. Itinerary will be sent a day prior to the flight.
    15. This prize flight round trip voucher is not valid during embargo periods.
    16. The promo is NOT open to employees of Philippines AirAsia, Organizers, Vendors, and Partners; and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their employees and relatives of the employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
    17. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
    18. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding Sky High Giveaway Shop and Fly Promo. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in these Terms and Conditions and the airasia’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage (https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/terms-and-conditions-z2.html), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    19. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
    20. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “1 Million airasia Points Giveaway” Promo.
    21. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
    22. The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
