Please note our refund process time frame usually takes up to 30 working days (subject to your respective bank procedures). In the event you are entitled to a refund but have yet to receive payment, please fill up the e-form and our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you in 7 working days, or contact us via Live Chat or Twitter.

If you are an AirAsia member, you can view the status of your refund in the Manage My Booking page under My Profile > My Refund Status, by quoting your case number or booking number.

For non AirAsia members, please sign up as a member to check your refund status. Kindly register as an AirAsia member here.



My refund status says it is rejected

If the refund status says it is rejected means you did not meet the requirements on the terms and conditions applied.

If you think you have met the terms and conditions, please click here and lodge your report again. Try using the 'Feedback' category instead of the 'Refund' category.
