Document recently updated How do I retrieve and view my Travel Itinerary?

You may utilize the "Manage my Booking" to retrieve your Travel Itinerary.

However this service is currently for AirAsia members only. If you are not a member yet, kindly follow this link and become a member to enjoy privileges.

View your list of Completed Flights and click on 'View' to retrieve your itinerary.

Once the itinerary is displayed, turn on your printer and you're ready to print. You will also need your boarding pass to board your flight. We advise you to perform check-in online via Manage My Booking and print out your boarding pass before leaving for the airport to avoid queues. You can also check-in via mobile or select to receive a barcode when you check-in online to print your boarding pass at the Self Check-In Kiosk.

If you can't check-in before getting to the airport, once you get to the airport you can scan the barcode on the itinerary at the Self Check-In Kiosk to check-in and print your boarding pass. Alternatively you can line up at the counters to check-in and obtain your boarding pass.
