Document recently updated How to add an infant in my booking?

1.Go to Manage My Booking and click on ‘Modify’ for the particular booking you want to add an infant to. 
2.In the Add Ons column there will be an icon for ‘Add Infant’ – click on that
3.Select specific passenger to add the infant to
4.Fill in the following details: Name, Gender, Nationality, Date of Birth
5.Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on ‘Continue’
6.Seat Summary will be shown, confirm that this is accurate and click on ‘Continue’
7.To process payment, go back to Manage My Booking and click on ‘Modify’, then click on ‘Need Payment’ to make payment

Can I book add-on’s for my infant like baggage, meals and insurance?
No you can’t. Please book these add-on’s through the booking for the adult.

How do I check in for my infant?
When you check in for the accompanying adult, the infant will be checked in automatically at the same time

What travel documents do I have to bring for my infant?
Please make sure you have your infant’s passport with at least 6 months validity for international flights. For domestic flights, bring along your infant’s identification card or copy of birth certificate.

Is there a separate ticket for my infant?
When you print the boarding pass for the adult after performing web check in, the infant boarding pass will be in the same document as a separate sheet. 

What if I want to remove infant from my booking?
Once confirmed and paid for, you will not be able to remove infant from your booking by yourself.

How many infants can I add to one booking?
Each adult may add 1 infant; for example if there are 5 adults in the booking, you can add up to 5 infants, but this is subject to the flight as there is a maximum number of infants allowed on each flight.

Can I still add an infant after web check-in?
Yes, you can add an infant after web check-in by going to Manage My Booking.

Can I add an infant at the last minute?

You may add an infant up to 4 hours or upon the availability of the quota.
