Document ATM and INDOMARET, ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI, and DAN DAN (Convenience Store) payment option for Indonesia domestic and international flights

Guests in Indonesia can make payment via ATM Bersama/Prima/ALTO Networks or pay in cash at any INDOMARET, ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI and DAN DAN stores for bookings made online or via call centre.
 
1. Can I make payment via any ATM Networks or Convenience store?
No, you can only make payments via ATM Bersama/Prima/ALTO Neworks or pay in cash at any INDOMARET, ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI and DAN DAN stores provided that you have made a booking online or via call centre.
 
Jakarta Call Centre number is 021-29270999. Opening hours from 0600 hours to 2200 hours (GTMT+7), seven (7) days a week.
 
2. Can I choose ATM Payment or Convenience store option for any flight booking?
No, this option is only available for domestic and international flights departing from Indonesia. Also, the date of your selected flights must be more than 12 hours from the day you make your booking for ATM Payment and more than 24 hours or 1 day from the day you make your booking for Convenience Store option.
 
3. If I choose ATM Payment or Convenience store option, can I pay in any currency?
No, payment currency is only in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
 
4. Is there any additional charge if I choose to pay via Other Payment?
Yes, you will be subjected to;
  • Transfer fee to other bank (member of ATM Bersama/Prima/ALTO Networks) IDR6500 per PNR (booking)
  • A convenience store fee of IDR5000 per PNR (booking)
 
5. If I selected ATM Payment or Convenience store option but did not proceed with payment, can I create a new booking for the same flight?
No, as the booking has been created and put on hold, pending for payment. The airline reservation system does not allow the same passenger to book the same flight.
 
6. If I do not write down the payment reference number, where can I retrieve the information for payment?
An email notification with payment reference number will be sent to the registered email address used during the booking.
 
7. How much time do I have to make my payment before the booking is released?
You are required to make payment within 2 hours from the booking time. The booking expiry time is displayed and indicated when you select the convenience store payment. If no payment is made within 2 hours, the booking will be released.
 
8. Can I make partial payment via ATM Payment or Convenience store option?
No, you are required to make full payment to the total amount shown due in your booking.
 
9. Can I use the payment receipt from the ATM or Convenience store as an airline ticket for boarding?
No, as that is not a valid travel ticket. An itinerary (e-ticket) will be sent to your registered e-mail once the booking is updated with payment complete.
 
10. Can I request for refund?
Yes, subject to our existing refund terms & conditions
 
11. I have paid through the ATM Payment or Convenience store option before, but the option isn’t there anymore. Why is it so? And how can I pay via ATM Payment or Convenience store option?
You may have selected the flights within 12 hours from the day you make your booking for ATM Payment or within 24 hours or 1 day from the day you make your booking for Convenience Store option.

12. I have booked and paid for my flight via ATM Payment or Convenience store option, and I would like to add baggage/meals/Pick-A-Seat. Can I still add this? And how? 
Yes you can, just go to Manage My Booking for these add-ons. However, you won’t be able to pay for these add-ons via ATM Payment or Convenience store option; you will have to pay for these add-ons using your credit card. 
 
13. I want to book and select a flight for tomorrow  (next day) and want to pay via ATM Payment or Convenience store option but the option is not showing. 
Sorry, for payment via ATM Payment or Convenience store option the booking MUST be made for selected flights more than 12 hours from the day you make your booking for ATM Payment and more than 24 hours or 1 day from the day you make your booking for Convenience Store option.
 

14. Can I make any last minute changes on my booking through ATM Payment or Convenience store option?
No, you will need to go to My Booking on www.airasia.com to make any changes. Any additional charges will have to be paid online using a credit card. Please use the booking reference number given in the e-ticket sent to your email.
 
15. If I am making a Fly-Thru booking departing from another city with transit in Indonesia, can I pay via ATM Payment or Convenience store option?
Yes, this option is applicable for Fly-Thru bookings in IDR (Indonesia Rupiah) as selected currency.

15. What is the maximum permitted number of transactions at ATM Payment or Convenience store option?
The maximum permitted number of transactions at the ATM Payment is 10 million Rupiah per transaction (or based on Bank Indonesia regulation).

The maximum permitted number of transactions at the Indomaret counter is 5 million Rupiah per transaction. Indomaret may reject transactions that exceed the maximum number specified.

The maximum permitted number of transactions at the
ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI and DAN DAN counter is 10 million Rupiah per transaction. ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI and DAN DAN may reject transactions that exceeds the maximum number specified
