Document On-Ground Travel Packages Powered by Touristly

1. What is travel 3Sixty On-Ground Travel Activities?

You can now book on-ground travel activities for any AK, Z2 or D7 destinations prior to their travel date. These activities include tours, tickets or travel packages at the destination. These activities will be introduced to guests via Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM).

 
This service is powered by Touristly. Any further enquiries regarding this service will be handled by Touristly.

2. Who is eligible to receive the on-ground travel activities offer via email?

For Short Haul flight
An EDM (Electronic Direct Mailer) will be sent 14 days prior to their flights to the following guests who have:
● Booked a return flight in the same booking.
● Booked any AK or Z2 flight
● Agreed to receive the newsletter from AirAsia.
● Booked via an English language booking channel.
● Booked return flight at least 3 days of more before the date of travel.
 
For Long Haul flight
An EDM (Electronic Direct Mailer) will be sent 30-45 days prior to their flights to the following guests who have:
● Booked a return flight in the same booking.
● Booked any D7 flight
● Agreed to receive the newsletter from AirAsia.
● Booked via an English language booking channel.
● Booked return flight at least 3 days of more before the date of travel.

3. Can I still book the travel activities if I do not meet the requirements stated in Question 2?

As of now, the on-ground travel activities offer will only be sent to guests who met the requirements stated in Question 2.

4. How early do I need to book my flights in order to receive the on-ground travel package offers?

Since the EDM is sent 14 days prior to the flight, you will need to book a flight more than 14 days from the date of travel to be able to receive the offer.

5. How do I book travel activities via the EDM?

Step 1: You will receive the on-ground travel activities related to your destination via Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM). For example, if you booked a return flight to Koh Samui, you will receive on-ground travel activities in Koh Samui.



Step 2: Click on any of the activity links [Book Now] or click on [Plan Your Trip Today]



Step 3: Confirm your trip details and add guests to your trip. Click on [Start Planning].



Step 4: Add desired travel activities to your trip.



Step 5: Click [Checkout] to review your cart’s total and proceed to payment.



Step 6: Complete the payment details



Step 7: Confirmation Page will be shown once payment is complete.



Guest will also receive a Confirmation Email:



Step 8: Print out Confirmation Voucher(s) from the Confirmation Email and enjoy your trip.




6. What do I do if I do not receive confirmation on my on-ground travel activity bookings?

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation of your booking within 48 hours via email. Please check if the email accidentally land in your spam folder. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Touristly Customer Service team at airasia@touristly.com or +603 2858 5221.

7. Can I book more than one travel activity at a destination?

Customers can book as many activities as they wish at a destination. However, please ensure that there is sufficient time between activities to allow you to travel to the next meeting point.

8. What is the maximum number of guests that can be made for a booking?

Bookings can be made for not more than 9 guests per booking. If you have more than 9 guests in your group, please split your reservation into two bookings. Keep in mind that some tours require at least two participants per booking. Most of the activities are catered to independent guests and small groups, thus we cannot guarantee that guests in a large group will be seated together.

9. Is there any other important information I need to check upon purchase?

All tour information can be found on your confirmation voucher under the Important Information section. Hence, please read these in advance prior to your activity date.

11. I need to cancel the activity or change the date of my activity, what shall I do?

To change or cancel your booking, email airasia@touristly.com with your booking details and the Touristly Customer Service team will assist you further. Please note that not all travel activities can be changed or cancelled without penalties charged.

12. Can I make an amendment to the guest’s name or age in my activity booking?

Yes, please email airasia@touristly.com with the changes and Touristly customer service team will make the changes and confirm with the customer. A new voucher with the amended details will be issued to the customer.

13. How do I pay for the activities?

You can pay using your credit card, Paypal or direct bank transfer (customers in Malaysia only). Prices are quoted in your selected currency as indicated upon checkout and on the payment page.

14. Do I need to print the voucher?

We recommend that you always print and bring a hard copy of your voucher. Your voucher is unique to your booking and is your proof of purchase. It must be presented together with valid photo ID (i.e. passport, driver's license, etc.) upon commencement of your selected activity, or used to redeem your ticket. There may be separate instructions on your voucher under the Important Information section, please read these in advance prior to your activity date.

15. Do I need to show a photo identification (ID) to join the activities or tours?

Yes, you will need a valid photo ID such as a passport, driver's license or any other form of identification which displays a current photo of the lead guests in the booking.
