Document Can I bring my wheelchair on board?

Wheelchair/mobility devices that have no battery:

Wheelchair/mobility devices that have no battery are allowed as Unchecked Baggage *.

Note: For flights to/from US, we may have to check in your wheelchair as Checked Baggage if there are more than one wheelchair on the flight and wheelchair service shall be provided until arrival at the destination.

You may continue to use your wheelchair up to the aircraft door/ passenger steps after which it must be given to our staff to be loaded in the aircraft hold.

We strongly encourage you to check in your wheelchair and use the one provided by us as some countries have strict health and safety regulations that do not allow staff to lift heavy items. Please refer here for our guide to pre-book Special Needs.
