1. | Transportation from Airport to Island and Island to Airport: the transportation shall include both land transportation and sea transportation as follows: 1.1 Land transportation: to be facilitated by the provider’s vehicle, the type of vehicle shall be upon the number of passengers. 1.2 Sea transportation: to be facilitated by speed boat or ferry, depends on the number of passengers and/or vehicles.
Both automobile and boat services will be under the discretion of their facilitating companies, which will determine the type of automobile and/or boat needed. Thai AirAsia Co. Ltd. (AirAsia) and AirAsia Berhad (Malaysia) shall not be related to the providing of the vehicle and/or boat/ferry service arrangement.

2. | Service by Other Operators: In cases of providing service other than air travel, AirAsia will solely be the ticket issuer for the automobile and/or boat service to its guests. Any other terms and conditions of AirAsia shall also be imposed to this service, the notification of such terms and conditions shall be upon the sole discretion of AirAsia.

3. | Check-In Policy: Passengers must Check-in for the land and/or sea transportation at the transportation provider’s counters located at the airport and/or the island at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.

4. | Cancellations and Alterations: Passengers may not alter and/or request a refund for their flight, automobile and/or boat service. Cancellation and/or alteration of travel schedule as well as management of passengers will be within the conditions and regulations set by AirAsia. Passengers will be considered aware of all conditions and regulations upon making a booking with AirAsia.

5. | Long Tail Boat Fees: Some destinations may be subjected to weather conditions and may necessitate the use of long tail boats or smaller boats. Fees for long tail boats and smaller boats are not included in the fares displayed on this website and passengers will have to pay the fees firectly to the operator.

6. | International Routes: Passengers travelling internationally must have passports that are valid for no less than 6 (six) months from the travel date and have obtained all applicable entry and exit visas.

7. | Damages: AirAsia reserves the right to deny any responsibility for death and/or physical harm as well as damages, loss and/or delay of baggage and property recovery resulting from the services of the automobile and/or boat providers or caused by the vehicles.

8. | Passengers may alter any in-flight product or service purchases no less than 4 hours prior to departure time.
