AirAsia Online Systems to Undergo Maintenance on 21 June 2016

Self check-in and Manage My Booking will be unavailable for 27 hours; flight booking for 7 hours

SEPANG, 19 JUNE 2016

AirAsia will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on its online systems from 0001hrs (GMT+8) on 21 June 2016 to 0300hrs (GMT+8) on 22 June 2016.

During this time, guests will not be able to check-in online or access Manage My Booking functions on airasia.com or the AirAsia mobile app. Airport kiosks will also be offline.

Additionally, guests will not be able to make flight bookings from 2000hrs (GMT+8) on 21 June 2016 to 0300hrs (GMT+8) on 22 June 2016.

All AirAsia and AirAsia X flights will operate as scheduled throughout the online systems maintenance period.

Guests travelling during the maintenance period are advised to check-in online, purchase add-ons and print their boarding passes earlier.

Those who wish to check-in and drop off their baggage at the airport counter are encouraged to arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before their scheduled departure time due to longer queues expected. Counter check-in fees will be waived during this period.
