Another exciting destination awaits travellers from the Northern region of peninsular Malaysia as AirAsia introduces direct flights to connect Penang to Yangon, Myanmar, marking the 7th international destination from the airline’s northern hub.
This new route will have a flight frequency of three times weekly, and commence operations on 22
March 2016.
To celebrate the announcement of this new route, AirAsia is offering promotional all-in-fares from as low as RM99* one-way. Flight bookings can be made online at airasia.com from 13 January through 24 January 2016 and guests will be able to travel from 22 March 2016 until 5 February 2017. Bookings can also be made through AirAsia’s mobile apps on iPhone and Android devices, as well as AirAsia’s mobile site mobile.airasia.com.
Other international connectivity available directly from Penang include flights to Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya and Bangkok.
