Title and responsibilities will be considered depending on your experience. ※ご経験に応じてタイトル及び業務内容を検討します※

  1. GAAPに準拠した決算業務 (月次・年次)
    • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures 
    • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including corporate tax, consumption tax and fix asset tax.
    • Prepare supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Internal Audit and the external auditors as necessary
    • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
  2. キャッシュフロー関連業務
    • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
    • Reconcile bank and investment accounts
    • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
    • Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
    • Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
    • Communicate with shared service center to develop proper accounting & finance process
  1. Candidate must have 3 years or more experiences in finance, Accounting / 3年またはそれ以上の財務・経理での経験
  2. PC skill and knowledge in MS excel, ERP systems / PCスキル及びマイクロソフトExcel、ERPシステムに関する知識
  3. Communication skill, Business Acumen, Conflict Management, Self starter / コミュニケーションスキル、社会人としての基礎知識、対人交渉スキル、自分から積極的に業務を対応し学んでいく姿勢
  4. English capability at business level & Fluency in Japanese / 英語力(ビジネスレベル)、日本語力(流暢)
